First time we've been here, was lovely! Mother's day lunch with the family. Super friendly staff, quick service and great atmosphere. We had roast dinners (only improvement would be a bigger Yorkshire pudding and maybe some broccoli 🥦 ) one of the best I've had in the area, fish and risotto. All very tasty, and great desserts. Will definitely be back to try some more off the menu!

Had a lovely meal on our Anniversary,service was great,we had a glass of free wine from the waiter,will definitely go back,lovely music & decor,overall good experience.

This place is always awesome, whenever I come in for a meal, whether it's a special occasion or not. Staff are authentic, polite , pleasing, attentive without being on top of you. The food is excellent, I'm afraid stuffed as is everyone else, rarely get to desert but others do. Wine list is amazing, only as some Italian wines are not always tasteful, the montepulciano red was deep, cherry back end which worked well. It was Sunday so they did a Sunday roast if you want it too. Compliments all round

My first time of visiting, and I was not disappointed, the food was delicious, the service was excellent and I had one of the best Tiramisu desserts I've ever tasted, infact half was gone before i remembered to take a photo 🤣. I would highly recommend this restaurant

Last minute booking and so happy to fit us in. Beautiful service from start to finish and the food was excellent. The sign on the bar said 'welcome to our home' and I certainly felt that way. Thank you Antonio and family, we will be back! Elsie x

We have booked a table for family birthday. mix tapas,Lamb shank. Normally we would have their fresh fishes as main, but this time we pre ordered a paella , it was so delicious . Everything was outstanding. The whole family enjoyed the evening . Big thank you to Antonio

Excellent restaurant. They have quite a short menu but don’t be put off by that: the quality of the food is way way above that of your average gastropub. Worth a journey for this. A few decent cask ales too. Parts of the pub (bar and snug) are dog-friendly but the restaurant is dog-free. Parking can be very difficult as the pub is on a residential street.

A gem of a pub in the lovely Titchfield - highly recommended! £18.60 for 4 pints of draft cider works for me 😀

So this has become our annual Christmas meal with friends, this is our 3rd year now and the popularity has increased year on year as always the food was stunning with generous portion sizes. The Christmas menu continues to impress and is booked up as we have had to attend mid week but it has not let us down. Excellent service by the whole team. We will be back next year

Really lovely meal for wedding anniversary. Often come back for a meal for wedding anniversary as Lysses Hotel was our wedding venue. Doesn't disappoint.

Went here for lunch with friends. The food was excellent as always, but could have been hotter. The staff were very pleasant, but the service was a bit slow, and although we like to take our time, the gaps were a bit too long. That won't stop us from returning tho

Great food & service in a modest-sized restaurant. Simple interior and furnishings. Just a shame that at the end of the night the chef didn't want to converse or acknowledge my presence. Makes such a difference if the chef checks that everything was okay. Encourages one to return.

Well worth a visit. Free to enter with a £2 parking charge payed via phone. A very quiet and peaceful area with on site parking. Info about the building is very interesting.

Boyfriend chose this place to visit just yesterday. It wasn't raining really hard but just drizzles. Anyways, still we enjoyed the place. He loves historical places so we went to Titchfield Abbey. Ride the bus X4/X5 from Central Station, used Google maps to see where we are and where we're stopping. Bought return tickets as well. It was a not so long walk from the bus stop. Great people!

I came with my partner as we are ex hotel students. Service was professional and the atmosphere cosy as there were groups. Food was good too. Definetly good value for money. I highly recommend.

Great dog friendly pub serving good quality food for a reasonable price. They also have promotions like 2 mains for £14.99. They also have good deals/offers on alcohol with a nice selection of cocktails. The staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is good. The seating is reasonably comfortable. Highly recommended.

I regularly visit my local but I felt that I needed to leave this 5 🌟 review! From the moment we arrived, the new bar girl Chelsea was very welcoming! When the food came out...wow! Their smashed burgers are up there with the best! Again, Chelsea was very attentive asking if the food was nice and was very chatty with myself, my wife and my brother! Chelsea even said goodbye to us when she finished her shift! A lovely evening of drinks and food and Chelsea was the cherry on the cake! She is a huge asset to the 🏰

An excellent lunch menu for £8.49 or £8.99 with an alcoholic drink every day apart from Sunday from 12 to 5. Lots of history and a good atmosphere.

Absolutely delicious!!! We tried the Sunday roasts (one turkey one sirloin beef) and they were both so so good. Meat was soft and tasty, as all the other ingredients. Quality was great for very reasonable prices, staff was lovely and we got our food so quickly. We also got garlic bread which was very good and fresh. I highly suggest the place, loved everything about it and definitely will go back!! Such nice atmosphere.

Lovely pub situated on the High Street in the lovely little village of Titchfield. Very good food menu to choose from. I can personally recommend the pork chop it was cooked to perfection by a young talented chef and it tasted delicious. The service was both friendly and attentive. If you live or plan to visit Titchfield I can highly recommend it.

Group of three, following long circular walk from Titchfield, opted for lunch in the village and chose the Queens Head as it was open with a blackboard advertising food. Found out there was a new landlord, only on his tenth day. The staff were very friendly and had printed a lunchtime menu with good choices. The special of the day was lamb shank which two of us opted for. It was superbly cooked and served with veg, mash and excellent gravy. There was also a good selection of drinks and beers on tap. We sat outside, but could have chosen either the bar or the restaurant (another bar really) to eat. Having never been in previously, partly because the pub looked rather dated from the outside, this turned out to be a great experience; internally it is lovely and other guests were complimentary about the food. Cant speak for previous times, but the new landlord is clearly doing a great job and deserves the support of locals and visitors. I thoroughly recommend and hope business picks up and the Queens Head thrives once more. Long live our well run pubs!

Love this pub, very friendly and welcoming in this pub. Nice music and very easy going staff, feels like home. Perfect for a thursday evening drink and meal, lots of locals and great banter. Dog friendly, a really nice stop for a good pint! 5.2.22....sunday roast.... Lovely.... Nothing left on our plates and the Yorkshire were amazing.... A good selection of freshly cooked food served with a smile. Decor is eclectic with mismatched chairs, a variety of individually decorated tables and some interesting pictures on the walls. They have a range of games and colouring materials for restless children or adults.

Tried the new menu today had the Spicy Brisket and Birria Dip Tacos was really good. The quality and portion with combo of the salsa and chips with the tacos and dipping sauce delicious. Would highly recommend.

We went on an "open mic" night. Great atmosphere and music, I am sensitive to noise so wore ear plugs. The service was really good and they listened to my dietary requirements and offered suggestions. Their cocktail selections are pretty good too. I recommend the Cherry Bakewell Tart cocktail 🍸
