What can I say. From the moment I rang gaughans group to the completed job I cannot fault. Charlie called 30 minutes before hand to advise me he was on route. On arrival he turned up smart and with a positive can do attitude. We had our rear garden drains overflowing and Charlie was quick to get to work and resolve. On completion he even flushed and sanitised the garden area. We cannot recommend them enough. Would be recommending them to all our friends and family.

Really quick and efficient service. Had a blocked drain which had back surged, Charlie arrived within the hour and resolved the issue with 30 minutes. Left the bathroom spotless and fixed the issue at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.
