Chris came to replace our broken tap very quickly. Went out of his way to make two trips to the buy pieces that were needed and I hadn’t bought. The job took a longer due to the plumbing being very old he didn’t rush it and did a great job. Very professional and so helpful. He even did a little job that he noticed needed doing. Boiler fitted just before Christmas, fault emerged which was to do with drainage pipe rather than the new boiler. Dan the installer identified the issue talked me through a temporary fix which I would have been happy with till after Christmas. However Dan insisted on coming round and sorting the issue out on 23 Rd December on his day off when he no doubt had many things he could have been doing. Many Thanks Dan and also Lindsay for sorting us out.

I was incredibly pleased with how these guys helped my elderly father in law today. Keen to get his heating sorted after two weeks of no heating in his home. They prioritised his situation and solved it so quickly. Now he’s been given HIVE heating and the gentleman that helped even installed all the technology for him before hand at a reasonable price.
