Recently had a new boiler fitted by Ryan and Ki from Aquaheat. We were really pleased with the service from getting a quote to having the work carried out. Clean, tidy and professional service. Their aftercare service is also exceptionally high quality, we called up in the afternoon due to a noise coming from the pipes after fitting and an engineer was out the next day to resolve it. We would definitely recommend this excellent local business.

Lee and the whole team at Aqua Heat have been fantastic from start to finish. From our initial enquiry through to completion took only 9 days and considering it was a ‘stress purchase’ due to water coming through the ceiling it couldn’t have been made simpler and easier for us. Our engineers Matt and Mike were professional, tidy, polite and showed great pride in their work and attention to detail which we really appreciated. Highly recommend.

My son had Aquaheat install a new boiler in his home 2 years ago and he was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Now it was my turn as my old bungalow needed its hot water and heating system updated. Lee came round to access the set up and came up with a solution which was sympathetic to my bungalows needs. The appointment was made within a week and to their word a young man turned up called Matt, what a lovely young man and ever so easy to get on. Matt got on with the work and i must say i honestly don't think he stopped working even when we were having our little chats which i miss. Matt showed allot of respect to me always checking on me and making sure i was OK and offering to make me a coffee. The work was completed and Lee came by to check all was good . The whole process was very clear and carried out with care shown to me and my little old bungalow. PS I have offered to adopt Matt and he is a wonderful young man and a credit to Aqauheat.

Adam just left our property after a 10 hour day to ensure our new oil boiler was installed and ready. It is rare you find a company willing to go the extra mile to get things done. Chris came to replace our broken tap very quickly. Went out of his way to make two trips to the buy pieces that were needed and I hadn’t bought. The job took a longer due to the plumbing being very old he didn’t rush it and did a great job. Very professional and so helpful. He even did a little job that he noticed needed doing. Had my boiler serviced with acorn. Just before they were due to visit my boiler broke down. They diagnosed the faults and replaced some parts and came back at a later date to complete the service. An overview of my personal experience of the respective company: Mr Dean Pugh has proved himself to be a consummate professional, having undertaken tasks of a range of sizes. I had originally located ‘DRP Plumbing and Heating’ via another well-known review site and although based in Ashford his target area did indeed cover Kent as a whole. The primary task was the selection and installation of an energy efficient boiler (with as long a manufacturer’s warranty as possible) by a 'Gas Safe' registered engineer of long-standing. Given just how positive the pre-existing reviews were, I included his in a round of quotations. Dean readily inspired the essential level of confidence and the task was duly assigned. His attention to detail proved to be second to none and the boiler has indeed been a very sound investment in the years since. It was also pleasing to note the importance placed by Dean on leaving the installation area in a very tidy condition (which cannot, unfortunately, always be assumed these days). A couple of years later I found that my bathroom cistern had developed a really annoying slow leak; without hesitation I again called upon DRP’s services and the issue was rectified very promptly.

I recently had a walk-in shower fitted by Chivers. The company earned 5 stars every step of the way. Quick response, excellent communication from all the staff. It was a real pleasure to deal with Jake, the main fitter for the project, Jay, who measured up and gave advice as well as assisting Jake and John Chivers who worked with Jake installing shower boards.. The completed job exceeded my expectation and I was completed on time and on budget. They all worked hard, were courteous and left no mess behind. Highly recommended this firm. They were on time, very polite and worked very hard installing 5 radiators in one day. They did a great job of putting the radiators in and were very tidy and left no mess. Before they left they made sure everything was back on and the radiators were all working properly.
