I have contacted Arton for two separate issues over the past few months. Once for a shower leak and the second a leaking toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, particularly Luke for any plumbing requirements. When reviewing the toilet unfortunately Darren couldn't resolve the issue at the time of diagnosis, so Sue and Jess (in the office) arranged to get a new plumber out the next day, to avoid a delay. A big thank you to Sue and Jess for all their help! The plumber sent was Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise highly enough for his work and how he went above and beyond to help! He came to fix a leaking toilet and during his visit he also resealed around the toilet, replaced the toilet seat, removed sealant from around our bath and sorted out our bath. I cannot thank Luke enough for his effort, time and help! Thank you Luke! Nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to go the extra mile, which was greatly appreciated! Peter was great. Never stopped working, loads of energy, a very hard worker. His prices were the most competitive and he had to work longer to get the job done, but the price didn't change - brilliant. Highly recommended.

Quick and convenient visit to price job. Received a couple of quotes for a replacement boiler, detailing what the options were, what works would be done and an honest suggestion that the cheaper option might be the best. Arranged a day for the fitting a week later. Peter turned down my offer of some money "up front". Plumber arrived on time. Got on with the job. Had some difficulty with removing the existing boiler. Fitted new one. Kept mess and noise to a minimum. Cleared up any mess made. Took away all waste, including old boiler. All completed in a day. Including all new pipework, inline filter, new condensation pipe and sealing of holes. Peter took his time going through the operation of the new system, remote controller and interface. He logged the guarantee for us without being asked to. Left us all certificates and paperwork. Invoiced promptly and I was happy to pay promptly too. A polite, efficient, proficient tradesman. Thoroughly recommended

James, Konner and Jasper did a wonderful job of turning an outdated ensuite bathroom into a very smart modern walk in shower room. They arrived on time every day, worked continuously, checking we were happy every step of the way, and were extremely polite and exceptionally clean workers. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or indeed using them again in the future.

James did a great work, he's a hard working man that delivers high end work. And the price was great as well. Really recommend him! PS: He also put the plaster back and added a first layer of filling. I had to do a bit of sandpapering and a second layer of filling, but trust me, I have two left hands and I still made it :-)

I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldn’t have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. Really happy with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone

After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.

Dan and the team went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and taking the time to thoroughly explain the heating system in our new home. They were punctual, friendly, and professional, and recently upgraded us to Hive, giving us full remote control over our heating. Called up on a Thursday morning report a leak from our electric shower. Britain's came out to look 2 hours later. Sent me a quote later that day which was very reasonable. Came and fitted the next afternoon. Excellent.
