Had Kev renew a mixure tap and a shower screen retainer/support . Really pleased with the results. Initially he popped round and looked at what needed to be done and explained what he needed to do. He gave a price which we agreed to and a date for the work was set. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic and careful service. Kev took out the old bathroom we inherited when we moved last year, put us in contact with a plasterer and a tiler and came back to install a whole new bathroom suite. He listened to what we wanted and advised on the best way to have it done. Then he got on with it. He channelled out a wall to fit a new shower, even prepared the hangings for our toilet roll holder and pulled up the old floor tiles as he “had the tools out anyway.” It wasn’t an easy room to work in but he worked swiftly and with care. We had originally called him out as the old bath was leaking and the sink’s mixer tap was moving around. He advised us on the most affordable solution as we were planning to replace the whole suite. That’s why we chose Kev when we finally had time to have the whole room done. He’ll be doing the kitchen too 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kev is a really nice guy! He came round at a moment's notice on the weekend to replace our toilet. He recommended a supplier and everything was finished very quickly. He has always had 5 stars.

Definitely recommend Kevs plumbing. We contacted Kev out of the blue to ask if he could do a job for us in between Christmas and the New Year. Brilliant Plumber - very knowledgeable and at a good price. Had a airlock in the pipe, he came out next day and traced the problem to the source and fixed it.

I've had all my new radiators fitted by these guys and I couldn't recommend enough, nothing is ever an issue! I am quite particular in my home and they have always fitted pipework underground for me, no other company I tried offered me this. I'm only half way through my renovation and wouldn't go anywhere else. 🥰

Keith from My Heating is outstanding, he came at very short notice, diagnosed our problem and gave us a very reasonable price. Our hot water problem ended up requiring a new boiler, he was very transparent in his prices and returned to do the work with the electrician on time and made a very tidy job. I will recommend Keith to all my friends and family as he does an excellent job, and it’s nice to find a tradesman you can trust to do the work properly.

After a slight misunderstanding of us not confirming the first appointment Keith arrived promptly the following day having confirmed he was on his way. He was polite and helpful and carried out the boiler service thoroughly and efficiently. I will be using him again for another plumbing issue next week and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I asked My Heating to replace my old boiler with a combi one. Keith explained the work involved and provided me with a detailed quote that covered everything discussed. I found My Heating easy to get hold of, and was able to book the work in for a time that suited. We were very happy with the work completed, no issues at all. I contacted Jon after previously using his services with a washing machine waste pipe blockage. I didn't expect things to go the way they did so I'll explain! I sent over photos of my setup and asked for a quote, however, Jon assured me I could make the repair myself with a few parts he linked me to, he sent me several voice messages with instructions and tips so, I got the parts ordered and with my newfound confidence, tackled the job in hand. Initially we called Castle Heating for a breakdown 2 days before a large family gathering on Christmas day. Not only did they come out quick and at the stated time, they left us able to get through our gathering. Two days after Christmas, they fitted the new boiler in what is the most awkward of places. I never did get their names, but the 2 men were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bonus..... all this at a really good price. I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them to come and carry out a yearly service.

Liam was amazing, we were in a real time crunch to get our gas pipe run. Liam came out quickly and got the job done. He wasn't even put off by my extremely hungover husband lying on the sofa 🤣 In all seriousness Liam is friendly, knowledgeable and a responsible price, I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Liam from start to finish. Communication was perfect and any queries or questions were answered swiftly. Liam first replaced my boiler and radiators which were decades old. The bathroom was then converted from a 1960’s original to the lovely new one. Both projects were fairly priced and completed within the time limit I was given. I highly recommend Liam!

EXCELLENT experience all round. Of all the tradesmen I've been getting to know in and around the Medway Fred and Steve were easily the most professional, solid with their work and tidy in their clean up afterwards, and expert with advice about if and what to change about our heating system to make it more efficient. Found them through heatgeek and that recommendation was worth every penny. This isn't just your local plumber that's good for fixing leaks (though I'm sure they do that well). These guys know heating systems inside out, you can talk to them about building heat loss and discuss boiler choice and setting the existing one so as to optimise the system in your house. They even dealt with an emergency when an unrelated electrician damaged some piping they recently worked on. Cannot recommend enough, will 100% return for more in the future.

Fred, Darren and the new plumber (sorry don't know his name as yet) have been responsive, helpful and professional. When they have other work commitments they have tried to fit us in and when it's been urgent have giggled their appointments. Very reliable and knowledgeable and reasonable charges.

Fred completed an annual service on my boiler in February 2023 in Faversham. Very punctual, straightforward and easy to work with. Referred by Heat Geeks. Clearly knows their stuff on heating controls, heat pumps and efficiency. If I were looking to replace or upgrade my heating / hot water system I know where I would turn for advice.
