Fantastic and careful service. Kev took out the old bathroom we inherited when we moved last year, put us in contact with a plasterer and a tiler and came back to install a whole new bathroom suite. He listened to what we wanted and advised on the best way to have it done. Then he got on with it. He channelled out a wall to fit a new shower, even prepared the hangings for our toilet roll holder and pulled up the old floor tiles as he “had the tools out anyway.” It wasn’t an easy room to work in but he worked swiftly and with care. We had originally called him out as the old bath was leaking and the sink’s mixer tap was moving around. He advised us on the most affordable solution as we were planning to replace the whole suite. That’s why we chose Kev when we finally had time to have the whole room done. He’ll be doing the kitchen too 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had Kev renew a mixure tap and a shower screen retainer/support . Really pleased with the results. Initially he popped round and looked at what needed to be done and explained what he needed to do. He gave a price which we agreed to and a date for the work was set. Will definitely use again.

Priestfield Plumbing sorted out two straightforward but very urgent repairs at rental properties for me including a flooded kitchen on a Saturday afternoon and another tenant with no hot water. Had an ensuite shower that was seeping water into the downstairs kitchen ceiling. Prompt response on the phone and came round quickly to investigate, which was ruled that the shower wasn't sealed properly. Kept me up to speed as to timings to come round to fix and I was impressed at the detail and patience taken for the fix. Still monitoring downstairs but overall I was incredibly pleased with the skill and speed of response. Saved in my contacts for future work!

Steve came recently and fixed the soil pipe and leak underneath the bath. He explained how he was going to do it . He did a fantastic quality job , everything was left clean and tidy. Medway Plumbing should be the standard of service all tradespeople should aim for! Arrived on time (including a requested 10min till arrival tx) removed my hideous gas fire and "whilst he was here" fixed a leaky toilet pipe and a fully downstairs toilet will no mess or fuss! Moving forward this will be the only plumber I would use! I have already asked for quotes on another couple of jobs! just excellent!

Called up on a Thursday morning report a leak from our electric shower. Britain's came out to look 2 hours later. Sent me a quote later that day which was very reasonable. Came and fitted the next afternoon. Excellent.

TD Robinson installed a new combi-boiler for us, replacing our 30+ year old back boiler. Everything went very so smoothly. The engineers were friendly and very professional. The whole job went well, and everything was kept nice and tidy. I would recommend them to anybody.
