Big old pub, excellent service from friendly staff. Food portions are big and food is cooked really well by the friendly chef. Highly recommend this pub. We went there for a Sunday roast after walking out of The Crown (awful place). One of us had the nut roast which was delicious. Others had the chicken and beef roasts, puddings were big portions, all food was really good quality.
Such a lovely atmosphere, friendly service and a fantastic Sunday Roast! Followed by some delicious puddings. Looking forward to next time.
Cozy traditional English pub, quick service, excellent food, very friendly staff. Visited a handful of times over the past few months and it’s never disappointed.
