We had a lovely evening here. The food was gorgeous and it was an absolute bonus that we could take our well-behaved doggo along. The wine selection is fab too, all in all just a lovely place for dinner. Hannah was super helpful when making out selections and provided really friendly and welcoming service.
I was excited to find this restaurant just because of the charcuterie board on the menu, but it also has a lovely atmosphere and a beautiful mural on the wall. We had the chef's choice board, with three meats and three cheeses and it didn't disappoint. The chutney disappeared far too fast (it went with everything!) and the accompanying bits were great complements to the meats and cheeses. I can't recommend this venue enough and I look forward to trying out the coffee and a pastry deal very soon. Thank you Chego's!
A gem of a place - had the sharing fondue 🫕 with side order of mushroom croquettes. Perfectly complemented with a bottle of Malbec. Churros and coffee for dessert. Great place to meet up with friends. Bert was a fabulous host. Will definitely return to try some other dishes from the menu. Lots of vegetarian options included.
Great food and amazing service, so attentive. The manager even pushed the no tip button on the card machine before I could leave a deserved tip. Outstanding.
I thoroughly recommend this wine bar. They have a chef who trained in a restaurant in Switzerland so knows how to prepare delicious fondues! I shall return to try some of their remaining treats. Their (port) wines are spot on and at a reasonable price. A welcome and much needed addition to the area. 👏
