Another lovely lunch at our favourite bistro. We opted for our usual, scrambled eggs and sausage for me and whipped feta for Bob. Both delicious. Service was excellent despite being super busy. Would highly recommend this gem of a place.

What a great little cafe, id say on the posher end (but good to find in Gateshead) as it's menu options, dining experience, food quality, price tag and service seem to match accordingly. The food was exceptional, great menu options, it would have been nice if it was a bit more affordable, I'd probably visit more regular then, but it's comfortable, clean and spacious. We were served by Lil, who couldn't have been more fantastic and welcoming if she tried, thank you! 🫶... This was our first visit, apparently been open for 2 years, surprised I didn't hear about it sooner but glad to know about it now and will recommend to family and friends. 👍 Only 1 set of loos which puts me off if it's a busy place, but it's the nicest WC I've ever used, lol. Also helps if it's not central but tucked away clearly separate from dining areas. Just some feedback for ya there. I have been here a few times now. It's such a relaxed and friendly place and you always feel welcomed. Staff and service is brilliant and menu is too. Would highly recommend.

What a really lovely place to spend a couple of hours soaking up the Christmas cheer. Good company ( my lovely wife) and really lovely food made our lunchtime special. The pics are a very tasty Brioche Sausage Patty and a Ham Shank and potato pot with a cheesy cream sauce. Simple food done well. Love the folded Christmas tree napkins 😁. Thanks Ardallan, we'll pop back in the New Year.......a great find.

This is my second visit and I just love it. What a find this place is! It is so clean and very tastefully decorated for Christmas. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I love that the menu choices aren't overwhelming yet there is certainly a good range of food available on the day menu. I had Shakshuka with extra feta and it was amazing. The soda bread was yummy (and home-made too). My friend had Eggs Royale. We ate every morsel! I will be back!
