We were recommended The Heating Network by a family member. Steve has been out several times to service our boiler, install a shower pump and troubleshoot/resolve issues with the radiators. All issues are resolved quickly with a detailed explanation to the issue. Steve has always been on time, polite and very tidy and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a friendly and professional plumber.
An excellent service. The Heating Network spent time talking through and fully understanding our requirements. They quickly gave us a competitive and comprehensive quote. From our initial query to the installation of our new Worcester boiler they were exceptionally professional - listening and advising as needed, and always with a very speedy response time.
The installation team (Steve and Matt) arrived on time - and worked very efficiently together. The installation is very neat - and the area was left very clean and tidy.
