Milcol Plumbing and Heating did a brilliant job of our new bathroom. Joe and Marc are meticulous workers and do put their customers first. Milcol organised all the trades needed to make our installation successful; they also took the time to make a few suggestions they felt would make a difference: this included replacing the rather flimsy bath side panel provided with the suite we purchased with a far more sturdy alternative, they just went the extra mile with everything. We were recommended The Heating Network by a family member. Steve has been out several times to service our boiler, install a shower pump and troubleshoot/resolve issues with the radiators. All issues are resolved quickly with a detailed explanation to the issue. Guy’s have done a lot of work on my home installing a new full heating system and boiler. They also fitted a new bathroom and downstairs cloak room. We are pleased with the standard of work which was efficiently carried out with a friendly, hard working team.

After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.

Craig came to look at the problem the evening I contacted him. He was able to diagnose the problem and contacted me the next day to give a price and date for the repair. Unfortunately he was unable to keep the date due to the previous job overrunning but contacted me early to rearrange for the following day. He arrived on time, kept me informed when he encountered another small problem and did an excellent job. I have no hesitation in recommending him...

Craig was a fantastic tradesman, I called him in a panic needing a power flush for the hot water system before I could get the boiler repaired by the manufacturer and he agreed to squeeze us in at short notice. I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldn’t have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. Really happy with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone

James, Konner and Jasper did a wonderful job of turning an outdated ensuite bathroom into a very smart modern walk in shower room. They arrived on time every day, worked continuously, checking we were happy every step of the way, and were extremely polite and exceptionally clean workers. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or indeed using them again in the future.

Second time having a service, Glyn is always great at his work, and Sue does great and prompt admin. Had some heating issues easily solved by Glyn and a service too, was able to fit me in very quickly given it was December when I made contact! Great service once again!

Glynn has done a fair bit of work for me over the years, including sorting leaks, servicing and sorting out issues with my boiler, fitting a gas hob and more recently putting some radiators back on and installing a towel radiator. Glynn is friendly, professional, reliable and trustworthy and I shall continue to use him for any plumbing work.

I have contacted Arton for two separate issues over the past few months. Once for a shower leak and the second a leaking toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, particularly Luke for any plumbing requirements. When reviewing the toilet unfortunately Darren couldn't resolve the issue at the time of diagnosis, so Sue and Jess (in the office) arranged to get a new plumber out the next day, to avoid a delay. A big thank you to Sue and Jess for all their help! The plumber sent was Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise highly enough for his work and how he went above and beyond to help! He came to fix a leaking toilet and during his visit he also resealed around the toilet, replaced the toilet seat, removed sealant from around our bath and sorted out our bath. I cannot thank Luke enough for his effort, time and help! Thank you Luke! Nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to go the extra mile, which was greatly appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to call Arton again in the future and request Luke again! Thank you Arton team ☺️!

I called Marcus to fix my broken shower waste and pipes, which was heavily clogged. He was also able to fix my leaking basin and properly fit the towel rail to the wall.

This is my first experience of dealing with Phoenix, I just wish I had found them before. I was given a time scale for the engineer to arrive and he was there very near the start time. He assessed the job, fixed it with none of the spiel I've experienced with other plumbers. Brilliant

Pheonix were contractors for our agent when we used to rent our home and they were always nice to deal with. So when needed a plumber in our own place, they were the first people we called. They've aced everything asked of them, from emergency call outs, to boiler repairs and the biggest one: fitting a new shower, new valves and pipework and re-seating the bath properly. The workmanship is excellent and the people are all super helpful and friendly including the office ladies, will definitely call again if we need someone. (Hopefully not for a while 😅) .
