James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided. They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in. They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard. From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy. Fred, Darren and the new plumber (sorry don't know his name as yet) have been responsive, helpful and professional. When they have other work commitments they have tried to fit us in and when it's been urgent have giggled their appointments. Very reliable and knowledgeable and reasonable charges.

Fred completed an annual service on my boiler in February 2023 in Faversham. Very punctual, straightforward and easy to work with. Referred by Heat Geeks. Clearly knows their stuff on heating controls, heat pumps and efficiency. If I were looking to replace or upgrade my heating / hot water system I know where I would turn for advice.

EXCELLENT experience all round. Of all the tradesmen I've been getting to know in and around the Medway Fred and Steve were easily the most professional, solid with their work and tidy in their clean up afterwards, and expert with advice about if and what to change about our heating system to make it more efficient. Found them through heatgeek and that recommendation was worth every penny. This isn't just your local plumber that's good for fixing leaks (though I'm sure they do that well). These guys know heating systems inside out, you can talk to them about building heat loss and discuss boiler choice and setting the existing one so as to optimise the system in your house. They even dealt with an emergency when an unrelated electrician damaged some piping they recently worked on. Cannot recommend enough, will 100% return for more in the future.

I had ongoing problems for months with my water not draining after a bath/ shower. I had several plumbers come over but the issue always came back within a few days. Paul was highly recommended to me and came out within a few days and had the problem fixed within a matter of hours and 2 months on I have not had a single problem since. Paul was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend him and will certainly use him in future for any plumbing needs.

I have used Paul for many years after he was highly recommended by a friend. I have since recommended him to several others. It is worth so much to have a respectful, honest and pleasant person working in your home. He services my boiler annually but has also carried out other jobs such as fitting a Hive Heating System and replacing kitchen taps. Just send him a text/email and he responds within the day. I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

Glynn has done a fair bit of work for me over the years, including sorting leaks, servicing and sorting out issues with my boiler, fitting a gas hob and more recently putting some radiators back on and installing a towel radiator. James, Konner and Jasper did a wonderful job of turning an outdated ensuite bathroom into a very smart modern walk in shower room. They arrived on time every day, worked continuously, checking we were happy every step of the way, and were extremely polite and exceptionally clean workers. I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldn’t have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. We had a wonderful experience with Stewart at the Kent plumber. Stewart is a knowledgeable & professional multi trader who completely redesigned three rooms in my house, being, my en suit bathroom, main house bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. This included taking all three rooms back to bare brick and starting again. From start to finish we felt that he really understood what we wanted in our designs, he was helpful and full of tips and suggestions, for example, I had never thought about having a bath with no taps! and nothing was too much trouble. All major work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. He is friendly, reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced. Tony fitted a new bathroom and a new boiler for us. He is very professional and explained all the options to us and gave good advice. He worked hard from start to finish and never left without tidying up first. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use him again. Exceedingly good work attention to details. And very helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending Tony Jacobs installed a Hive for us, it regulates our hot water and heating, the beauty of this is I can control it from my mobile phone especially if we are out for the day. Sean from Brian's plumbing came to investigate a problem with our hot water system. Spent time checking everything and advised was a fault with our water softener and advised us to contact a water softener engineer. Problem with our dishwasher which Sean checked and advised this can sometimes happen, run it again and if it happens again, give us a call. He was right, no problem. An honest trustworthy company and we would not hesitate to deal with them again.
