We have just moved to Birchington and had a problem with our heating... Dave was here within a very short time, solved the problem and explained the set up to us. He was extremely efficient, knowledge able, friendly and we would not hesitate to recommend Dave.

We live in a three bed house ,these guys came into our home and treated it with respect .They were polite and friendly clean and tidy workers thoroughly efficient did the job competently and with ease .What more could anyone ask for .I would recommend this firm to all my friends ,and have them back if I need the. Absolutely fantastic service at short notice. I needed a new boiler in a rental and had 2 days before in coming tenants were due to start tenancy . I was in a total panic, but Shane , john and Luke saved the day . Highly professional, neat , tidy and fairly priced job . Would highly recommend. Shane was extremely helpful in my hour of need .

When I called Fineline the phone was answered straightaway and the call was handled sympathetically and very efficiently. Shane and his assistant came out and dealt with our issue the next day. He promptly identified and dealt with the problem and afterwards explained the cause of the fault. Our property was respected. Fantastic service and would definitely use them again.

We needed a last minute gas check and certificate . Shane emailed us back straightaway and fitted us in the next week. The certificate was emailed the next day. Brilliant, super speedy service. Definitely recommend.

Had a leak on mains supply pipe not covered by my insurance so panicked. Called Mark, Direct Plumbing found on line and I can say he responded straight away, came to look and started straight away. I can honestly say that he is amazing. Made sure we got our water back on and had heating. Still work to be done but now not anything to urgent. Thanks to Mark. I can honestly recommend him.

Having stuffed up an attempt to change shower mixer bar we were left with a big mess and no water. Mark came within an hour of our call and saved the day. Really grateful and couldn’t recommend more highly

Called on a Saturday afternoon as had a leak coming through the garage, Mark came around within half a hour and sorted it. He was really helpful and full of knowledge and advise. He also looked at the bathroom and gave really good advise on a new suite that we want. Definitely recommend 👍👍

Was recommended to Charlie by someone else in the trade. Had been let down badly by another plumber (from check a trade) going AWOL. Then Charlie made room in his schedule to step in and help. He replaced shower tray, new wall panels and enclosure, as well as boxing in pipes. All plumbing seems good so far, end result is that he has done a fab job, attention to detail and finish 👍 we are very pleased. Also cleared up after! Will definitely use Charlie again. Thank you 😀

We have been using Victors for a while now and are really happy with their work. We have had a bath/shower room installed, new radiators, numerous issues resolved and much more. Charlie is always on time, turns up when he says he will, very communicative and if we have an issue he deals with it immediately. We’ve built a great relationship and wouldn’t use anyone else. Charlie did a complete batheoom makeover for us. He was reliable, professional and carried out all the work to our satisfaction. Excellent service from Joe and the team. I was rather pitched in with Transcrew accidentally as my previous installer went bankrupt after doing the survey and Joe stepped into the breach. Joe was able to identify issues with the previous survey, some of which would have affected efficiency, some which were frankly undoable. I would strongly recommend Transcrew purely on this basis alone. They don't dabble in Green energy, they specialise in it. This can focus can significantly improve the performance of your system. During the actual install they were prompt, pleasant and very professional. They got the work done with a minimum of fuss and mess and followed up with the appropriate paperwork in a very timely manner.

Very happy with Free Flo’s annual boiler check up/service. Engineer was punctual, courteous and checked our system thoroughly as well as providing us with good advice going forward. Highly recommended.

The guys came to look at a faulty thermostat and tried a quick fix by cleaning it out, as it had been corroded by damp following a leak. When that didn't work, they speedily found a replacement on the Internet (that particular model being discontinued) and returned to install it with no additional call-out fee. Very efficient and helpful service.

We were having trouble with the thermostat on our underfloor heating. I called Alert Plumbing as they had come highly recommended by colleague and they called me straight back on a video call so they could guide me through a couple of things and have a look at issue. This saved the need of an unnecessary and expensive call out should there be a quick fix. Impressive! They were able to see exactly what was what and have a good idea of what was needed straight away with a time frame for coming out to complete the work.
