Absolutely incredible team of vets, nurses and receptionists working to make sure you and your beloved pet receive the best care and treatment possible. Special mention to Dr Davison who recently operated on Aggie to remove a lump from her neck. All follow up telephone conversations were friendly and informative, thank you to Dr Brodie and Dr Shook. The owners of this very unique practice must be very proud of their achievements. Please always stay independent, this is what makes you standout from the rest! My experience was short as my pet passed away before COVID but she was 19 years and had cancer which was expected since she was so old. (She's the tortoise shell) they were brilliant with her. However I recently got a new pet, jet (black shorthair) and my partner registered him online it's took more then a month and I still haven't gotten a call to get him an appointment. We need a chip for him and we've just had no communication at all. [EDIT] Had to go into the vets to actually get an appointment and they got me in practically straight away!

Extremely friendly staff with great knowledge! Fantastic advice and treatment and amazing care plans. Very welcoming to animals of all needs too!

Great Vets, very reliable service. We've brought our three cats here from being kittens (now 4-5yr old) and never had any problems. My only issue; we do often wait quite a while passed the appointment time to be seen, which isn't ideal.

I cannot speak highly enough of the vets and all staff here. Major lifeline for our pets and the staff are so lovely and caring, I always walk away wishing I was incredibly rich so I can pour money into this place because they've saved two of my pets lives now, and one had very little chance yet she's all good now five years on! Always great advice when your worried 😊

The wait was a little long but only because they had an emergency come through the back door, all the staff are super kind. I also had to come in on a bank holiday for the emergency vets, even so the wait wasn’t that long and my dog badger wasn’t stressed at all. The consultation rooms were big enough for my Saint Bernard (75kg) to stretch out comfortably.

We visited in an emergency when our cat had been injured. Our usual vet couldn't treat him and sent us to this clinic. He sadly passed away, but the vet taking care of him was incredible, she was very honest and considerate of our feelings and our cat's best interests. She let us stay with him as he was put asleep, and the practice provided a free service of paw prints, card, and a tuft of his fur. We had initially left these behind when we were a little overwhelmed with our pet's passing, but they kept hold of them, and let us pick them up three/four days later. There was a minor issue of testing being ran (at the direction of the initial vet we took our cat to), but the staff were understanding and didn't charge us for those. Thank you to this practice, they really helped keep us calm and reassure us during a difficult time.

They are great here, always treat my girls with the most kindness. Would also recommend the healthy pets club, for free health checks, nail clips, and worm and flea treatments too. Can usually get parked right outside as well which is a bonus.

My bunny came in with a hard to diagnose urine rash due to swelling and got seen to straight away! We only paid for a the medication (anti inflammatory and cream) that cleared everything up in less than four days. As we’re members of the happy pet club and registered there (took less than 10 mins over the phone), his check up followed 7 days later and didn’t cost anything (they also made sure their rabbit specialist was in to give an expert opinion on potential cause). He was in the follow up for 20 mins after a low cost manageable treatment that showed results in days - he might of needed injections/weekly treatment. It felt like they did everything possible to keep my best interests at heart a pet owner, as well as my bunny’s specific health needs and potential stress free treatment - he hasn’t stopped binkying since!

Vets Now Gateshead were so helpful and understanding when I had to book an emergency appointment for my dachshund Basil. The receptionist was really understanding that he was a reactive dog and really upset so offered for us to wait in a private room until we seen the vet to calm him down. The vet was super helpful and made us feel at ease with a fairly poorly dog. I would recommend for an emergency/out of our vets. Thanks guys!

Such caring staff and the vet was lovely. I had to bring my lovely old cat Maisie in to be put to sleep this morning. It was so upsetting but the staff were very comforting and the vet was very caring and lovely with Maisie. I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful end to a great life. Thank you so much to you all.
