“Excellent vets, I recently got a puppy who had initial vaccine with "Vangaurd" brand and was due second injection 2 weeks later. Hardly any vets do Vangaurd brand vaccine however Willows do, this saved me from having to start the vaccination process all over again. Had a 9am appointment and was in and out by 9.10am. Great vet who knew what she was doing and gave the puppy a health check when doing the vaccination. Highly reccomend.”

“We visited in an emergency when our cat had been injured. Our usual vet couldn't treat him and sent us to this clinic. He sadly passed away, but the vet taking care of him was incredible, she was very honest and considerate of our feelings and our cat's best interests. She let us stay with him as he was put asleep, and the practice provided a free service of paw prints, card, and a tuft of his fur. We had initially left these behind when we were a little overwhelmed with our pet's passing, but they kept hold of them, and let us pick them up three/four days later. There was a minor issue of testing being ran (at the direction of the initial vet we took our cat to), but the staff were understanding and didn't charge us for those. Thank you to this practice, they really helped keep us calm and reassure us during a difficult time.”

“Such caring staff and the vet was lovely. I had to bring my lovely old cat Maisie in to be put to sleep this morning. It was so upsetting but the staff were very comforting and the vet was very caring and lovely with Maisie. I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful end to a great life.
