Typical Costa. Polite service and usual queue. Quite a few tables to spare and coffee, cake etc as expected as were prices. There is an outside area with chairs for smokers and of course toilets available to the public at the back of the shop. If you've never been to a Costa coffee shop it is a mid-priced chain which provides good coffee, a few teas, cake and a few other "light bites" and it is child friendly (but dogs are not allowed in). My elderly parents struggled with the noise when some of the louder coffee machines were used.
Costa - as good as ever but we're now getting very close to a coffee (large latte with vanilla or caramel) being 5 quid which might be prohibitively expensive for me. Quite busy and crowded but that demonstrates the Hedge End store's popularity rather than any poor service. Just about got a table to sit at today.
Really lovely service today: kind, patient, friendly and polite. They even gave me a sample of the Spanish latte on the house.
The staff are great✅, the food is great✅, the service is Great✅, the location is great. ✅ But the small flies are back again. 🙁 and you spend the visit shooing them away from drinks and food. Please get the drains done again they all went away afterwards.
