They didn't have the cake I was looking for, so I had a mince pie instead. Coffee hot.
Although the coffee and the staff are fine, for goodness sake get some of the very old, worn out and very dirty looking seating replaced please. Some of it is years past it's use by date and looks disgusting. Just a few hundred pounds might solve it! Surely Costa can afford that!
A member of my group became unwell at closing time. We had to call an ambulace.The 2 ladies were absolutely fantastic. They were 100% so kind to us all especially as we had a child with us.what amazing kind people they are. They wouldn't have got home for 2 plus hours after closing. Costa you have lovely staff.
