Very simple but nice hotel. Nothing special but was great staying for a couple of nights. Rooms were very clean had no problem with them and staff were polite. They also have an early breakfast if you prefer to be awake and raring to go around 6. Also had the reception decorated for Halloween which brought me a smile. Great pub for dinner right next to it and an ice rink and Starbucks close by as well. Would go again it was an easy and relaxed stay!!

About what you'd expect from a chain hotel; clean, functional & quite nice for a few days. The area is quite quiet so you can expect undisturbed sleep, & there are basic 24hr fast food places in walking distance, although it's a bit out of town; nearby pub is nice but was ridiculously busy when we were there. The breakfast cafe is, unfortunately, pretty small, & this is a bit of a pain; a guest in a wheelchair had significant issues getting around it, but the staff were immediately on hand to help them. The staff are the highlight of this branch; very sweet & pleasant to be around.

Stayed here with the wife and kids while visiting relatives in Gosport. To say I was shocked by the level of kindness and hospitality delivered by the here is an understatement, from check in to check out everyone we spoke we extremely helpful, Breakfast was fresh hot and plenty of it. Located next to a leisure centre and ice rink with plenty of shops and parking.. Don't let the outside of the building fool you on arrival (it does look grim) but the team and inside are amazing

Stayed here a week ago with my sister in a disable room. The staff were absolutely lovely. The breakfast was really good. All the staff could not do enough for us. My only complaint is it’s got very dated. Our room wasn’t particularly clean. The carpet could have done with a good hoover. But we did have a good nights sleep. Would definitely stay again. We came back for a second time because we stayed at this hotel two years ago. We really enjoyed our stay at both times. The breakfast is really good and the hotel crew is very helpful and friendly. The only comment we have about the room is that it would be nice if we could open a window. Besides that everything is great!
