Contacted Dan to repair our kitchen and bathroom. He was so prompt and professional from the start. He came in with his team and repaired and refurbished our kitchen and gave it a whole new look. Fabulous service. Following a very poor experience with British Gas, a regular customer of Mark's called him to see if he could assist me. He was able to come that day. My old boiler - which had ceased working - was gone by the end of the day and a new one fitted the next working day. Mark and his colleague Graham were charming, attentive, efficient and efficient! I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. We’ve just had a new boiler fitted by Ben ! From the word go he was professional and respected our home. We received a message to say he was on his way with a tracking app and a picture of him so we knew who he was . He arrived on time and after introducing himself got straight to work and worked tirelessly until the system was working, cleaning up as he went along, He explained how to operate the new boiler controls and made sure the system was running properly, and that we were happy with everything. The Team at LPS were first class. They always turned up on time, kept us informed of delivery dates or any potential issues More importantly, they did not try to "sell" us what they wanted us to have but listened to what we needed and advised. This was a huge job for us, an Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Panels and a new multi fuel stove, so inevitably there was some upheaval. The team kept this to a minimum and worked methodically and cleanly. We were dealing with 1 Firm and 1 overall Manager, Craig. I would recommend them to anyone.

Struggled to find a gas fire fitter to buy an online fire and get it fitted. Went to LPS at Guiseley and got the same fire albeit a little more expensive but as they have their own fitters it seemed the best solution. Joe came and assessed the situation and advised on getting a bird cowel fitted. Arranged a date for fitting. Had everything fitted and tested. Really efficient couple of lads, polite and friendly. Really loving the new fire 🔥. Would highly recommend LPS to friends and family.

Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!

Alex is all of those things and helped solve a leaking shower issue 3 plumbers before him couldn’t fix, fitted a new toilet in a very awkward space and resolved a hot water issue all in short order. Stefan is a lovely person and incredible plumber. We called him up on a Saturday and he was very helpful with troubleshooting our boiler’s pressure issue over the phone. When he arrived he not only sorted our issue but also recognized a much bigger leak issue - and stopped that from becoming a major problem. Our builder layer confirmed that Stefan was completely right in finding the source of the problem and in sorting it out he saved us from what could have been a massive headache. I was recommended The Plumber from a friend that spoke very highly of his works. I contacted Nix at very short notice as another plumber that I had scheduled decided to go AWOL. He attended my house on the very same day and at a time convenient to myself. After showing him where I wanted two large radiators he advised what the works entailed, how long they would require and anything else that needed doing. I cannot fault his professionalism to his work and price. It was a full days work as he had to create some additional wooden brackets to hold my radiators and bleed/fill the system back up to optimum performance again. I couldn't be happier with his work, many people have commented on how nice my radiators look and how well they have been installed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Plumber to anyone. Nix has undertaken a few jobs for me and also for my parents to a high standard. He's fitted a new shower at my rental property, and a new tap in my own home.
