I’m pleased with the service here and how my cat Mew was looked after. Really proactive reception staff and the vet (Orla) was super helpful, explaining the plan of action and how it would work in practice. Thank you.

My cat (Sphinx) needed extensive dental work he was stressed and difficult to handle but they made sure he was relaxed and was extremely well looked after, he had two check ups after the work was done to be sure he healed well. Unfortunately 2 weeks later he got out and was attacked by a stray cat and they managed to fit him in for an emergency appointment this time although he was in pain he hissed but was much easier to handle and i feel they had earned his trust through their kind and caring attitude. Summing up this practice has friendly, professional and caring staff from the receptionists nurses and vets i found they all try and go the extra mile to make it the best experience for all and would not hesitate to recommend for a 5 star service

If you have a pet, do not hesitate to register them here. The regular vets are very knowledgeable and caring, and will always inform you of costs prior to any treatment. The nursing staff are also excellent and compassionate. Both my cats were brought here for several years and always treated with the utmost love and care. Even when they were both seriously ill there was never any pressure to PTS, thinking about the cats and their relationship with their humans. Sadly both of my cats died 3 months apart, and each time the team at Plaistow sent beautiful cards, daisy seeds and flowers. A wonderful team of people at Plaistow Goddards.

Staff were very friendly. My cat had a neutering surgery, and it went really well. The wound was made to the bare minimum, and she is now recovering super well too. I would recommend.

I am so grateful to the Celia Hammond staff for helping my cat Chimi. She had an accident with a knocked out tooth and was seen in an emergency. I panicked so much, but they were able to take care of her. You guys are super heroes!

What an amazing place? I took my 7 month old kitten to get spayed. I didn't have very much money but I'm a responsible pet lover and I wanted my baby to be well taken care of. The staff, the volunteers at Celia Hammond took great care of her and gave me a few suggestions for her recovery. She is home now and full of life.

Brought Missy our 4 mth old kitten In For spaying, vet was very thorough going through procedure and pre op so happy they suggested IV fluids with the procedure as Missy needed them Felt safe leaving her there in their capable hands, was a very neat wound and stitching no overlay of the skin After care was very good opted for the two follow ups checks by email and photo s, as she had no problems during recovery this was also followed up by a call two phonecalls to confirm all was good

Wonderful and understanding vets. Very accessible as you can WhatsApp them for fast replies and booking appointments with ease. For our last appointment with our cat, we were in there for an hour - so you’re definitely getting your moneys worth. The receptionists are kind and easy to talk to.
