I scheduled Steve for an annual service on my boiler, he was punctual, professional and very clean and tidy. He also came to fix a leaking/broken pipe on the boiler as an emergency, he diagnosed the problem and quickly replaced the faulty part, providing me recommendations on what the problem is, how it can be avoided in the future. He was also able to use his connections into other trades when I had an electrical issue, recommending a trusted electrician!

STEVE fitted me a new boiler a couple of years ago and he has serviced it every year since. He is a great guy and very professional about his work. I have no hesitation in praising him, and if you are looking for a good gas engineer who can fit you a bathroom and kitchen too, then Steve at Smart Heating is your man. What a lovely guy. Very knowledgeable. We had problems with what we thought was the boiler but as it turned out we had a leak under floorboards in bathroom. Sorted next day. Thank you. Will definitely use him again.

TD Robinson installed a new combi-boiler for us, replacing our 30+ year old back boiler. Everything went very so smoothly. The engineers were friendly and very professional. The whole job went well, and everything was kept nice and tidy. I would recommend them to anybody.

Work carried out was quickly evaluated, with problem identified and efficient solution found. Made a wonderfull job of the bathroom! Fitted a walk in shower, toilet and basin and laid a new floor too. Very competitive prices as well. Left our home clean and tidy every day, was a pleasure to have him here. So good we've booked him for another jib early next year!!!
