My boiler had broken down, so I called Steve who had me back up and running with in hours of my call.
His fast and reliable and now my go to engineer.
Steve was prompt and workmanship was great first time I used him and will definitely use him again.
I scheduled Steve for an annual service on my boiler, he was punctual, professional and very clean and tidy. He also came to fix a leaking/broken pipe on the boiler as an emergency, he diagnosed the problem and quickly replaced the faulty part, providing me recommendations on what the problem is, how it can be avoided in the future. He was also able to use his connections into other trades when I had an electrical issue, recommending a trusted electrician!
Steve really helped me out in shirt notice when I was in urgent need. Very reliable and fair price!
STEVE fitted me a new boiler a couple of years ago and he has serviced it every year since. He is a great guy and very professional about his work. I have no hesitation in praising him, and if you are looking for a good gas engineer who can fit you a bathroom and kitchen too, then Steve at Smart Heating is your man.
