A very trustworthy and professional family run business. They completed a lot of work in my house and we had no issues at all. They replaced the old back boiler with a new Baxi boiler, replaced all of the microbore pipework, fitted the nest heating system and fitted a new bathroom suite. Ben and the boys put up with a lot of other trades in and out of the house at the same time (probably getting in their way from time to time) yet still managed to complete the job from start to finish within the timeframe given. Would highly recommend them and have every faith that you won't be disappointed!

Used Hollis Heating for a new bathroom, en-suite, and cloakroom, so was a lot of work, Ben and his work force where very good sorted out any problems we had , would recommend the company.

I chose Hollis Heating after hearing good things from family and friends who had had dealings with them in the past, and they didn't let me down.

They had initially come to quote for a new boiler as I knew my old one was on it's last legs. The appointment time was kept and the gentleman who came seemed both knowledgeable and polite. They had concerns that my water pressure was low, but one phone call and a visit from the water board soon corrected that.

Anyway advice was given and a recommendation made, with both the current demands on the system and the future demands in mind. I was happy with the quote and gave an instruction to proceed and installation was scheduled for a few weeks later.

However during the intervening period the boiler died on me. Ben and the crew at Hollis Heating changed there plans to fit us into there diary sooner than planned and that was most appreciated.

The installation of the new baxi boiler went without a hitch with Ben also installing my new nest thermostat. A slight dent on the boiler cover upset Ben and he ordered a new cover on the first day and came back and fitted that when it arrived.

Ben and his crew were polite, considerate and tidy; always putting down covers over the carpets before commencing work.

Very impressed and I would not hesitate in recommending Hollis Heating to friends and family in the future.

We had a new boiler installed. It was an external one to replace an indoor one. Ben and his team were fantastic. They were meticulous with the detail and always left my house spotless at the end of each day. After such a long time without decent heating and hot water, I feel like I am living in a dream!
