Matt saved our holiday by getting us back in to our house at 06:30 in the morning after we locked ourselves out halfway through packing to leave. Great service, with even a smile at that time of the day and reasonable fees.

We had an issue with our security gate padlock at work in so far as the key had snapped in it rendering it useless! We called Matthew to see if there was any way we could salvage the padlock as the cost of replacing this and the various keys held would have been phenomenal! Matthew managed to remove the broken key with ease and from start to finish he was both professional and friendly - would gladly recommend his services to others

We have worked with Matt from Bullseye a few times over 5 years on our own home as well as investment property. He is super quick to communicate, reliable, does excellent work and is competitively priced. We have had some bad experiences with mainstream shops and other locksmiths, but never Matt. He’s been consistently excellent and the only person I would even bother calling. As an investor, I value that he gives me the speed, quality and value to help my business. I lost my car keys on the beach and didn't have a spare. Phoned up, and very quickly FSL and I confirmed a date and a time that worked for me for them to come round. The man who came, Cameron, was so helpful as he answered any questions I had and the person who was on the other end of the phone call was so kind and reassuring!

Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Within 20 minutes, Cameron came to our house and fixed the problem in seconds! Such a nice chap, easy to talk to, and so eager to help despite the odd time. I had a problem with my car ignition. Key would not turn. Called Randy and he said if I got the ignition out of my car he would have a look. Got the ignition out and took it in. Randy wasn't there at the time. The guy working there said he was out on a service call so I left it with them. Had some lunch and went back and Randy still wasn't there. The guy working there was really nice but very new to the business so he wasn't sure how to do anything with my ignition. Anyways Randy returned after several hours and within about 45 minutes he worked his magic and my key was turning perfectly in the ignition, smoother than it ever has actually. The price was something like $65 I think, so not bad. Highly recommend Beehive Lock and Safe. Thanks Randy and team! I'm giving 4 not 5 only because I was there for several hrs.

The agent kept me informed as to his ETA which was great as he got diverted to an emergency. When he showed up, he was very professional and resolved the issue within minutes, which made the flat fee of £85+VAT seem a little steep. Overall I was happy with the experience. Would definitely use these guys again.

After recently moving house, I needed duplicate front door keys cut. I sought help from three key cutters, plus the key manufacturer - none were able to duplicate my key! They advised I change the entire door lock, which I was keen to avoid. Feeling defeated, I tried my luck one last time with Banham in Golders Green, and spoke to David. To my delight, David was able to cut my key! He did this quickly and provided great service. I couldn’t recommend David and Banham highly enough!

Very good service from Jack in the Guildford shop. He cleaned one of my Banham keys saving having a new one cut as it was restored to working order. The other work of cutting new keys was done efficiently and in good time. Thank you.
