I got locked outside. Call them around dinner time and arrived in 30 mins. The locksmith didn’t try to pick the lock and only offer to drill it. He drilled it and replaced the lock, £500 gone. £180 call out + £190 for the lock + £50 for fitting + VAT. The service is quick, but fxxking expensive.

I needed a locksmith immediately because i was having serious problems with my front door lock. at 6:15 p.m., their specialist came to my house, which is next to the ship hotel, and evaluated the issue. i didn't have to request to replace the entire door because he worked through several possible repairs before figuring out the best one. professional and effective—i wouldn't call anyone else!

Dan was fantastic from start to finish. He was very responsive and communicative throughout. He assessed security across the property and suggested solutions with full explanations. We have worked with Matt from Bullseye a few times over 5 years on our own home as well as investment property. He is super quick to communicate, reliable, does excellent work and is competitively priced. We have had some bad experiences with mainstream shops and other locksmiths, but never Matt. He’s been consistently excellent and the only person I would even bother calling. As an investor, I value that he gives me the speed, quality and value to help my business. Overall, I can’t recommend Bullseye and Matt highly enough.

We had an issue with our security gate padlock at work in so far as the key had snapped in it rendering it useless! We called Matthew to see if there was any way we could salvage the padlock as the cost of replacing this and the various keys held would have been phenomenal! Matthew managed to remove the broken key with ease and from start to finish he was both professional and friendly - would gladly recommend his services to others

10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. My partner and I bought our first property and hired Lucian to replace the locks. He was absolutely fantastic, not only did he replace all the locks quickly and perfectly (despite there being many more locks than we originally thought) but he fixed mistakes that the previous owners had made when installing their locks and then, for good measure, fixed the front gate! Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Within 20 minutes, Cameron came to our house and fixed the problem in seconds! Such a nice chap, easy to talk to, and so eager to help despite the odd time.
