I was very fortunate today to meet Kevin from this local company A pleasant knowledgable professional who repaired my door lock and ensured my property was once again secure. He displayed a caring, considerate nature and exceeded my expectations with his attitude to customer service explaining the issue and thoroughly testing thoroughly I highly recommend this company especially to the over 60’s as a trustworthy fair individual

Contacted Kevin after breaking a door lock on a Thursday night. He came Friday lunchtime, quickly diagnosed the issue and fitted a new lock on the spot. Great communication, fair price and would definitely use him again.

Managed to lock myself out the house! Gave Kevin a call, and he was with me within 30 minutes and I was back in within minutes without any damage to the door or lock. Very professional and responsive. He is also Surry trading standard approved, so give Kevin a call if you need a locksmith.

Kevin quoted for and replaced our old front door lock with a robust and upto date version, giving us the option of high security keys as well. I didn’t know of him before, but wanted someone local and trustworthy. He was open, patient and a pleasure to work with. Definitely one to Recommend.

Matt saved our holiday by getting us back in to our house at 06:30 in the morning after we locked ourselves out halfway through packing to leave. Great service, with even a smile at that time of the day and reasonable fees.

We had an issue with our security gate padlock at work in so far as the key had snapped in it rendering it useless! We called Matthew to see if there was any way we could salvage the padlock as the cost of replacing this and the various keys held would have been phenomenal! Excellent service - John arrived as arranged and the duplicate car key was provided in about half an hour. Reasonable price as well. John was very polite and helpful in explaining about the immobiliser function light on the dash. Highly recommended if you need a second vehicle key.

John came to help me out when my car key completely snapped in half. He was our hero! John arrived in an hour from the initial call and had us all sorted with a new key in about 20 minutes. It’s difficult to find great trades people. Kevin was recommended to me by a friend. He was great at communicating, was prompt and offered me great advice. I’d have no hesitation in using Kevin’s services again or recommending to others.
