I had a broken front door lock which I was very concerned about, I called RA Locksmith and they arrived within two hours, did a great jog on fixing the lock as well as other adjustments, the locksmith was a really nice professional man who went through everything in great detail, I can now sleep safe at night again. We have worked with Matt from Bullseye a few times over 5 years on our own home as well as investment property. He is super quick to communicate, reliable, does excellent work and is competitively priced. We have had some bad experiences with mainstream shops and other locksmiths, but never Matt. We had an issue with our security gate padlock at work in so far as the key had snapped in it rendering it useless! We called Matthew to see if there was any way we could salvage the padlock as the cost of replacing this and the various keys held would have been phenomenal! Matthew managed to remove the broken key with ease and from start to finish he was both professional and friendly - would gladly recommend his services to others

Contacted Kevin after breaking a door lock on a Thursday night. He came Friday lunchtime, quickly diagnosed the issue and fitted a new lock on the spot. Great communication, fair price and would definitely use him again.

It’s difficult to find great trades people. Kevin was recommended to me by a friend. He was great at communicating, was prompt and offered me great advice. I’d have no hesitation in using Kevin’s services again or recommending to others.

I had a key bolt that wouldn’t unlock and key was stuck inside lock. I rang Lucian to arrange a time for him to come around and fix it, he was on time and drilled out the broken lock. Had a replacement in his van and fitted it, in no time! Great service! Would definitely use again 👍

10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required.
