We have worked with Matt from Bullseye a few times over 5 years on our own home as well as investment property. He is super quick to communicate, reliable, does excellent work and is competitively priced. We have had some bad experiences with mainstream shops and other locksmiths, but never Matt. He’s been consistently excellent and the only person I would even bother calling. As an investor, I value that he gives me the speed, quality and value to help my business. Overall, I can’t recommend Bullseye and Matt highly enough.

We had an issue with our security gate padlock at work in so far as the key had snapped in it rendering it useless! We called Matthew to see if there was any way we could salvage the padlock as the cost of replacing this and the various keys held would have been phenomenal! Matthew managed to remove the broken key with ease and from start to finish he was both professional and friendly - would gladly recommend his services to others

Managed to lock myself out the house! Gave Kevin a call, and he was with me within 30 minutes and I was back in within minutes without any damage to the door or lock. Very professional and responsive. He is also Surry trading standard approved, so give Kevin a call if you need a locksmith.

Kevin quoted for and replaced our old front door lock with a robust and upto date version, giving us the option of high security keys as well. I didn’t know of him before, but wanted someone local and trustworthy. He was open, patient and a pleasure to work with. Definitely one to Recommend.

Quick response to a garage lockout that needed a quick turnaround, friendly, clear on what it would take and estimated cost with actually cost being a few pounds different. We called Locktech after being locked out late at night. Jason quoted a price on the phone and arrived within 20 minutes. He managed to carry out a non-destructive entry on two front doors which was much appreciated. He stayed an extra 30 minutes trying to improve the safety of the door and gave advice, without increasing the quoted price. Very professional, honest and quick. We would recommend immediately.

Key wouldn’t go into the front door lock rendering us locked out. Called LochTech up (after hoisting my partner over the back gate to get us in 😂) very late the night before Good Friday after phoning various other locksmith companies to no avail, and Jason said he’d be over within half an hour. As promised arrived and replaced the lock barrel super quickly with no fuss. Lovely, friendly guy who the dogs also loved (always a good sign), would absolutely recommend!

I run a handyman business, and Guildford Lock & Safe are always, always, my first port of call. They've almost always got a perfect replacement for whatever random old defunct lock I bring in, and they're great at mending things when they can. Roger is incredibly patient, and generous with his time and advice. Also, from a homeowner perspective: I had two successive sets of front door keys cut by Timpsons (Roger, forgive me) and both sets failed within a few months. One of them snapped off in the lock. After that, I had my keys cut at Guildford Lock & Safe, and the difference in quality is tangible. The first set from them is still going strong, and cost less than Timpsons! We're very lucky to have a local business like this with such experienced and capable staff. Keep up the good work!

We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

I needed to locks changed on a property in Epsom urgently. So I called John at about- turn locks in Epsom. One lock I had a key for & the other lock I didn’t have a key. Stupidly left my keys indoors today and was stuck outside with my missus and my newborn baby. I called the number for Swift, and got through to a gentleman who provided me an ETA of 30-45 minutes. Within 2-3 minutes later, I got a call from a mobile (the locksmith himself), stating he was 2 mins away. He was able to open the door due to it not being double-locked, using a mere metal rod. No damage to the door, or the lock. Between me picking up the phone and being back in my home, it took about 20 minutes - perhaps just got lucky, but incredible service in my opinion! Didn’t catch the locksmith’s name (unfortunately), but I believe he may have been Eastern European, guy was a true professional! Would recommend!!!
