We are very pleased with job Charlie carried out. He managed to squeeze us in knowing we had no heating downstairs. He’s been great at communicating and very thorough throughout. We would not use anyone else for future work.
Charlie was professional and trustworthy from my initial call with him. He came to visit to quote me for installing 3 towel rail radiators and I was very happy with what he recommended. He booked me in to suit my availability and work was carried out efficiently and all bathrooms were left immaculately clean to my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I have now booked him in for further work to be completed on my bathrooms.
I spoke to Charlie on the phone about a blockage (I wasn't exactly sure of where it was). A day later, Charlie and a colleague were here and identified and cleared the external blockages really quickly. Kept everything tidy, moved everything back to where it was and washed away any mess. Can't recommend enough - thanks Charlie!
