Found Dave on Google when our tenant advised the electric shower was leaking. Called him and he visited within half a day assessed the problem agreed price and all fixed 2 days later have just rec'd and settled the bill and cannot speak highly enough of the service we have rec'd. |Would recommend him to everybody and certainly wont be searching around for another plumber in the future. John was recommended to me by friends, he gave a no-nonsense quote and straight forward, jargon free advice regarding our hot water system. Ended up going for a new hot water pressurised system which resolved all the problems we had been having. John has also been able to help following an emergency gas leak at our property. John visited and fully inspected our existing heating system and provided a range of options to replace our out dated system and boiler. He worked with us closely and implemented an updated system and relocation of our boiler. Work was carried out impeccably and to a very high standard. What stood out was John's consideration to our family needs lessening the impact of the work on our young family. Following John's recommendations has seen some large benefits, the new heating system is much more efficient saving us a surprising amount of money over the last few months. No job was too small, in the process John helped with some remediation work to other parts of the system with no fuss at all. Overall, we received a brilliant service from John, with a quality installation of an efficient heating system.

Gary arranged to visit my mother in law on a Sunday morning, as boiler and central heating not working. Arrived on time, and phoned before he arrived, so she knew when he was coming. Diagnosed problem quickly, and arranged to return with a pump after her holiday, and has quickly repaired it. Very good communication, prompt and reliable, and seemed to be good value. As my mother in law is quite elderly, it was great to find a reliable and trustworthy plumber. Would definitely recommend Gary.

Our very old back boiler and immersion tank sprang a leak on us over a weekend. This company came out and were quick to resolve. Due to the age of the system (nearly 40 years!) we asked them if they could replace it all with a new system. Within three to four days we had a modern combi boiler installed with no fuss or bother. But this is not the end of the story! A couple of days later, late into a Saturday evening, we found a leak (component failure not install) on some of the new pipework. Within thirty minutes of making a phone call to them they were out, leak was fixed again with no fuss or bother. We highly recommend this company and their staff

Jan and Matt came and installed a new boiler with very little notice and were very competitively prices in comparison to other quotes we had received. They were very helpful and had the boiler replaced in a day including removal of the existing. They explained how the boiler worked and when I couldn’t make the pressure increase even came back to show me how to do it (again). I would thoroughly recommend JW Domestics
