Was referred here so that my ferret could get a CT scan for his cancer. All staff were lovely and polite even when I got confused and asked lots of questions. My ferret was in the best hands. The waiting areas are separated for cats and dogs mainly which is brilliant. Prevents stress. There isn't a designated area for small animals but there is extra separate seating that can be used. Jo and Abi were the main staff members that assisted me, thank you both! Staff at reception were happy to help and answer my questions as best they could. Thank you QMH !
We have been going here for more years than I can remember for our dogs to donate blood. This is so important, it could save a dogs life. The nurses that take the donation are very caring and always remeber the dogs names when we visit. If you have dogs who can donate, it a good day out. My wife that is disabled always enjoys it. Please contact them, if you feel that this is something your dog and you could do.
Staff are all fantastic, reception & accounts very friendly. Nursing staff are amazing, all very caring and just lovely lovely people. Can't rate them highly enough. Our dog has been well cared for and is still receiving excellent treatment with Hydrotherapy.
What a great facility. So well designed for separating dogs/cats and the waiting area has special low-stress shelves for your cat to wait. Noah a final year vet student did our initial consultation, he was wonderful. He asked lots of questions and gave plenty of time to listen to us and we felt really well understood and that our cat's history was thoroughly understood. All the staff were great at handling our kitty. There wasn't a long wait to get an appointment, and they did a direct claim to our insurer. Admin and account staff were wonderful too. The location was a bit hard to get to without a car or taxi, but we learned afterwards that they offer a free shuttle to and from Potters Bar. Great place to get your pets treated. Top notch facility and staff.
Very difficult to review and rate as treatment has not yet been started. However, all dealing with RVC have been good up until now and the staff seem great. Reception is generally clean, nice to see cats and dogs separated and special units to place your cat and it's carrier in.
