Very nice just a check up cats all well

Great surgery - the whole team are brilliant. The ladies on reception are really caring and friendly, the vets are very knowledgeable and kind and the nurses are skilled and considerate.

Been going to this vets for nearly two years and they are brilliant, warm and welcoming. I’ve had to come here for the bad and the good. Treated with compassion and kindness when having to put down my cat back in January which I cannot thank this practice enough. 6 months later I come back with my new addition and he had the best introduction to the vets! I love that the waiting area has been thoughtfully split into cats and dogs to avoid any unwanted stress. Thank you so much to everyone at New Malden vets!

A seriously good vet practice! Every member of staff we’ve dealt with has been friendly, personable, approachable and caring. We have had immediate response to even the occasional paranoid concerns, which has brought great peace of mind. Highly recommended.
