Absolutely amazing service, care, and professionalism from vet Agnes at Addison Clinic. I was absolutely stressed with an injury to our family pet dog and Agnes was sensational in calming me down and treating our pet dog. I cannot recommend Agnes enough! Despite now having to travel from outside of London (20km+) I will not go to another vet. Should you need a vet...Agnes is the only choice.

Dr Carmichael is such a sweet and kind vet and has so much knowledge and love for the animals. Apart from taking care of our cat so well they were very sweet to take an injured pigeon I found and made sure it has fully recovered and able to be release outdoors again. A beautiful example of the passion they have for what they do and I couldn't recomend it more!

This vet takes things to the next level—they truly care about their customers. I was having issues with my pet travel documents, and Sarah immediately stepped in to fix it for me. She made me feel at ease with her ability to take charge and ensure I was able to travel on time. Her execution was flawless—honestly, I’m not sure what I would have done without her. 🤩

I just added a new house girl kitten to the family so our boy Leo is a big brother. I didn’t have the best experience at Leo’s vets on a couple of occasions, more predominantly after his castration, and it had lead him to be ridiculously nervous. To the point of salivating everywhere, his fur would be everywhere, and he was ridged! Then once home he would pant and be stressed for an hr. So when my husband and I seen the new vets and read about it, sounded like the dream place. I can confirm it absolutely more than is! The owner and vet is so thoughtful with the layout, atmosphere and appointment approach. The level of care, attention and empathy is just incredible. And every other member of the team I’ve met from vets to receptionist are so genuinely lovely passionate and interested. Once home my beautiful Scottish fold it’s so much more relaxed. I highly recommend this vets. I cannot thank you enough for being the best with our fur babies ❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Excellent independent vet - feel really lucky that this place opened just as we got two kittens. As a first time pet owner the staff here have been so reassuring and informative as we had them vaccinated and neutered. Transparent pricing and it's evident they have your pets best interests at heart

I'm so thankful to everyone at Elizavet! We were sent to Dario after 3 weeks of worrying symptoms, where my dog was quickly diagnosed and operated on that day. I was so anxious during this and the recovery period as he was in a bad way, but Dario, Arietta and the whole team were all so lovely, knowledgeable and professional. They answered my millions of questions and concerns, and I really felt like Bowser was in the best hands. And the scars from the op look amazing and neat. My only criticism is that they are not that local to me, and now I'm going to have to travel an hour every time we need a vet because I'm not sure I can trust anyone else! Massive thanks to you all. Bowser is getting back to his bouncy and happy self. You saved my little guy's life and we are all incredibly grateful ❤️

I had gone in to see the vet for a recurring blood blister and happened to mention the groomers thought my dog had “a couple wobbly teeth”. Upon closer inspection, Paloma confirmed severe dental decay and infection and performed emergency dental extraction of 13 teeth! My dog is 12 and behaving like a puppy again. I had no idea how her teeth impacted her health and highly recommend Grove Park vets to give your dog a proper and safe dental check. I also would not recommend the teeth brushing at the groomers as they may be scraping off enamel for the teeth to look clean while ignoring the decay and disease behind the teeth. Thank you again Paloma and team! I’m positive you added years to my dog’s life.

Mina is one in a million vet...she is totally devoted to animals and has such a natural, caring way with them. We have a very large Borzoi ( Russian Wolfhound ) called Hendrix and she is just wonderful with him..Highly recommend this lovely lady and very professional vet.

I had the absolute pleasure of coming here today. Becky and David were absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for more help. I was offered a coffee when I arrived and they were both friendly and we ended up having quite a laugh. My girl Morticia was treated very well and was super relaxed. Amazing prices and I was given a lot of information by David and things were explained. Becky was also lovely and chatted to me before my appointment (I asked to be seen early and this was accommodated) my girl wasn't stressed at all and is happily sleeping on the sofa. A wonderful clinic with friendly staff who were able to quickly get all of my 3 cats vaccinated. I appreciated not having to have to register every little detail online. It was easy and the vet surgeon Clio was excellent with my cats. Highly recommended

I am so impressed with creature comforts. We discovered a lump on saturday, and it was tested and taken out within a week. It turned out to be mammary cancer, and the quick turnaround of the vets (particularly Dr Sam, who is brilliant) was so efficient. I always worry about my dog, especially if we find a lump, so the fact that they sorted it so quickly turned a very stressful week into a relieved one. Thank you Savannah at reception as well for getting us in for a same day appointment! Couldn’t recommend this vet more. The communication is also excellent.

Excellent, caring service with a very sensitive approach toward budget. Our beloved, and uninsured, cat Albert had persistent, mysterious health issues throughout the last few months of 2018. Sheldon provided incredibly thorough care, whilst always being mindful to do diagnostic examinations in stages to be respectful of our budget - never doing unnecessary examinations until all other options had been eliminated. Albert received top notch medical care the whole way and is now in full health again. Many thanks to the team at Village Vet Highgate for constantly going above and beyond to deliver the best care. My original review in early 2018: Had to take our cat Albert in for a haircut and some dental work. The vets were lovely and did a fantastic job - he's a new man since having 3 rotten teeth removed, a much happier chap. The whole process was handled fantastically at Village Vet Highgate, with us being kept constantly updated by phone on Albert's progress. He's had a few complimentary check-ups since the procedure to ensure all is healing well, and because he had dental work he now receives complimentary 6 month dental checks for the rest of his life. Great experience all round. Thanks!

I have been to many vets over the 15 years ive had dogs and this place is by faaaar the BEST place i have taken my dogs. The doctor i saw was Helen and she was absolutely incredible. Lolas checkup lasted 30 minutes and every question i had was answered, every issue addressed and lola had a thorough checkup done. All healthy and good. The appointment didn't feel rushed AT ALL and i felt very comfortable and sensed a good vibe the whole time i was there. I was never forced to stick unnecessary vaccines into my dog, buy dog food from them or get a dirty look when i told her my 8 year old was not spayed. I find this is very common with many vets ive visited, which really puts me off and i find myself looking for a new vet every time they try to force their beliefs onto me and not respect my decision. I can already sense that i wont be changing vets again anytime soon! All the staff there were polite, kind and so lovely. Lola walked away with a tummy full of treats too, so she wasn't complaining either. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's looking for a place to take their dog and who genuinely cares about their dogs health.

My dog is quite anxious, and taking him to the vet can be so frustrating as he won't let anyone touch / examine him. Natalia has been so amazing with him, I feel so lucky to have found her. She really cares about him and thinks ahead of how to accommodate him and support him when he is sick. She is always extremely responsive and thinks outside the box when needed. Having a rescue dog can be so scary from time to time and I can't stress enough how grateful I am to have her as my dog's vet.

A special thank you to Dr. Adam Rouan for the incredible care he gave my 7-month-old kitten. She had quite a few issues, and Adam went above and beyond to figure out the best treatment with minimal side effects. This was particularly important since my kitten was so small at the time, and many medications carried risks. He was so patient and thorough, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the animals he looks after. I am very grateful that he treats her with so much care, has attention to detail and a sincere desire to help. And I think my adorable kitten stole his heart ;) Also, a big thank you to the lovely ladies at reception, Serena and Jasmin, who are always so friendly and helpful, making every visit much easier and nurse Jessica with her sweet little Poppy that brightens everyone’s day. You’ve all been amazing—thank you so much!

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Wonderful experience throughout! My dog Bella was referred to the clinic by our vets. She’s very anxious so I was quite stressed about the appointment. The staff were welcoming, friendly and kind from the receptionist to the consultant. We saw Dr João Loureiro who is simply wonderful. He clearly explained Bella’s diagnosis and all the necessary steps to manage her condition. He treated Bella with patience and kindness. I’m so so grateful and happy about the experience. Thank you!

From the moment I walked through the entrance warmth, kindness and empathy was shown to my kitten Archie and me. Their expert knowledge and calm assurance gave me full confidence that Archie was in the best possible hands. After examination and x-rays I was given a full explanation as to the cause and the impacts of his condition. We were able to discuss both the short and long term prognosis and then what course of action would be best given his young age. After he was admitted for surgery I left feeling confident and re-assured that he was in the best hands. I received regular phone calls with progress updates, immediately after surgery and then regularly until I picked him up to take him home, giving me the reassurance I needed that he was progressing well. Kikki is wonderful, a knowledgeable specialist who genuinely cares about her patients. She explains everything in a calm, clear way with great patience. I would not hesitate to recommend London Vet Specialists to anyone who has a pet in need of their expertise.

I cannot thank the team enough for their services during what was one of the most difficult and stressful times of my life a few months ago. All of the staff were super helpful and went above and beyond, (big shoutout to the ladies on reception who are all superstars) and I am particularly grateful to Helen for everything she did for my cat, ultimately saving her life.
