From the moment I called for the emergency appointment, the reception team was incredibly responsive, compassionate, and helpful, immediately putting my mind at ease.The entire staff, from the receptionists to the veterinary nurses and doctors, treated us with such kindness and professionalism. The doctors provided expert medical treatment and took the time to explain everything clearly, showing genuine care for my puppy’s well-being. Everyone is always polite and welcoming. I feel that I am listened to and never rushed by the vet. The admin team always tries to be accommodating with appointments. My dog has always been seen on the day if I felt he needed to be, which really lowers stress levels when you’re worried about your fur baby.

SUPERB INDEPENDENT VETERINARY PRACTICE. All the staff are professional, caring and kind to both patients and their owners. Diagnosis and treatment is explained in plain English and easy to understand. Very reasonably priced. Good opening hours. Plenty of parking. No hard sell. I would not go anywhere else nowadays.

Everyone here is amazing! 10/10, Rebekah and Imogen are THE loveliest nurses that we’ve ever met - actually all of the staff at Goddards have been wonderful. I’m happy that the Barking Branch always look after my 3 pets (Bella, Jeff and Cinnamon) Rebekah is always such a happy and lovely lady to welcome us. Bella absolutely loves Danny! We were very sad when Jose left but Danny has been very kind and helpful, always giving us the best advice and making sure we get the right treatment for our pets! I would 100% recommend coming to this vets!

I have been there since from june coupl of time with my Princess (cat). The very first time Dani who treat my Princess he is kind, he is look after my Princess very carefully, and explaning every treatment for me easy way, all for this I am very greatful. Rebecca She is also kind, she is alway smilling whe I arrive, make me very comfortabel and easy for chating, and She is very helpfull. I will definitely recommend it to everyone. I would not take my animals anywhere else. They are so caring loving and kind. I get honest opinions with them. They cared for my last dog until the very end of his nearly 15 years on this planet. He loved visiting the staff and they supported me so much when it was time to make that very hard decision and made a difficult time much easier. Unfortunately they now have to deal with my new fur monster 😄

Amazing vet practice. Elena and the team at Goddard Ilford are genuinely angels and I cannot thank them enough. Elena is an expert on all things small pets, my regular vet in Loughton referred me to her when our hybrid dwarf hamster, Ponyo, needed surgery for a lump on his belly. Ponyo is an older boy (at nearly 3 years old) so surgery was obviously a bit of a risk, but I had no worries knowing that he was in the safest hands possible with the team here. Elena talked us through the technique she would use for the anaesthetic, how the day of surgery would go and presented us the available options in a clear way. She obviously really loves animals, and she was so kind with us and our hamster. The surgery was a total success and Ponyo is a new man, he has a completely new lease on life and is dashing around his cage like a hamster half his age. I would recommend anyone with a small pet to go here and I know they're also especially good with cats; in our visits to the practice we saw all manner of different animals: dogs, cats, birds, bearded dragons and even a pygmy hedgehog! It's a busy practice, but the staff are still very compassionate and friendly. Thank you again 💓

Our cat Vienna was lost for a few days, we found him with a kind lovely neighbor Linda, Unfortunately he was dehydrated which we immediately took him to Goddard’s without appointment. All though the Dr was preparing to go to the theatre for surgery but she attended to us. We are so grateful and a big thank you to all the staff. They were very kind helpful and Polite. Thank you keep up the good work.

After discovering this vets after weeks searching for a tortoise vet I came across these people I took my tortoise for a beak and nail cut and the vet, Helena, made such a lovely fuss of her and didn't rush me so I was able to get a better knowledge of the breed. Claire the receptionist also was very lovely and polite which is a rare thing these days. Thoroughly wonderful service guys and quite reasonable charges I will come back again x

Had a good experience with K9 Fertility Clinic, very professional and experienced I had Stud my Jet Black German Shepherd and I would definitely recommend Insemination as it is safe and the healthiest way to breed your dog especially my GSD as we all know this breed could have hip problems so I have to be careful and make sure no stress is put on the hips, which is why I prefer Insemination. I have had good results with Insemination and had results of 8 - 10 healthy puppies every litter my most recent litter was 10 pups. Done By K9 Fertility Clinic I also do recommended to hold the female dog bottom elevated for at least 10 minutes for the best results.

After being let down by one or two other places I came across k9 fertility clinic online and I’m glad I did. The staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful and able to answer all my questions. They had a really good demeanour with my dogs highly recommended…. Hopefully things go well and we will be back in a few weeks fingers crossed

I experienced exceptional service at K9 fertility clinic. Clean environment, professional advice and spot on ultrasound. me and my dog were made comfortable, especially as she can be uneasy around new faces. I will definitely be coming back in the future, thank you!

I don’t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do in this situation. My dog has had a plethora of issues over the past 9 months, which has resulted in various tests, trying new meds, diets etc. It was truly a horrible experience to endure. The entire staff, and most notably, the always upbeat and incredibly intelligent Dr Nina Bolger have been exceptional in the care and support provided to get Archie back to normal and putting my mind at ease along the way. I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid. I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good. The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care. These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.

I'm so proud to volunteer for this charity. They have continued to support my puppy since we were both involved in a car accident in 2023. All the staff continue to work tirelessly throughout the festive break supporting animals, who are sentient beings, just like us. Keep up the great work!

We have been seen quickly, all staff members were very nice and friendly. Our dog has been there few times now due to an emergency.

Vets always exceeded their professionalism and expertise. Had up and downs with receptionists but to be honest, it was mainly one person to have been a little too firm and strict. Been going to this clinic since 2014 and, even if I now have moved further away, I am still going there for the care of my two cats.

Brilliant vets, we have been multiples times and are now regulars. Very calm environment for our often nervous (of vets) dog & cat. Very reasonable pricing and no up selling. Highly recommended.

Great vets and always a pleasure. Take care not only of pets but provide a good friendly efficient service. Opened mon-sat. Parking also available right outside if you get a spot.

Thank you vet Amy and assistance from other ladies' in the practice. My pensioner beagle Luther had cuddles, treats, being vaccinated and lots of attention! He loves being told he's a handsome man and He will be ready for his own holiday some point this year. Will send his holiday pics! He loves going to the vet now!

Love this branch always a good experience there staff are so lovely and helpful. Can’t say the same for Wanstead branch!
