As a new customer I was really pleased with the service. I booked online which was so convenient and got an appointment the next day. The practice was clean and bright and both the Vet and the receptionist were friendly and welcoming. The price was reasonable too.

Patrick did an amazing job with my kitten, Nala, during her second vaccination! I truly appreciate how calm and gentle he was with her. Highly recommend!❤️

The staff are very welcoming and May is an excellent Vet who looks after our puppy Teddy very well. He recently had to go under anesthetic to remove a couple of baby teeth that would not have come out on their own. The whole procedure was done with compassion and May explained everything before and after with care. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for staff that love animals.

Our usual vet surgery was fully booked, so our practice offered an urgent appointment at West Wickham. A little apprehensive of it all, but they were friendly and professional staff. They were kind and patient to answer all the questions/concerns, they didn't rush the examination on our dog and made sure we had all treatment prescriptions to take home. We left feeling confident. Staff took their time and showed their love to our little Silas. Thank you.

Vinnie's first visit to the vet and he was very happy how it went.He was greeted warmly and even had his photo taken. The receptionist was very helpful and the vet was so careful when giving Vinnie his injection and cutting his nails. All in all a very satisfying experience for Vinnie and me and this is a very good veterinary surgery with lovely people.
