I recently visited Frankie & Benny’s and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was nice, quiet, and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to sit down and relax with friends and family. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the pleasant ambiance. The food was delicious and comforting—just like eating at a family member’s place. I recently had a fantastic dinner with my family at Ciao Bella. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. About food: The pasta was perfectly crafted, rich, and full of authentic Italian flavor, while the pizza had an amazing balance of fresh ingredients and that classic, comforting taste we love. The cozy, inviting atmosphere made it a perfect setting for a relaxed and perfect family evening. If you’re craving delicious Italian food with genuine hospitality, I highly recommend Ciao Bella! We can’t wait to go back.

Found this restaurant by accident while walking in Romford, very happy with everything, much better than chain restaurants. The menu has a decent amount of choice and all at good prices. The food is all cooked fresh to order and is generous in size (one starter is easy big enough for 2 people). Good friendly service in a comfortable building. Nothing bad to say about this restaurant and I will return if in the area again.

We recently went to Mangal Meze for a family dinner to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday. The food was delightful and the atmosphere/interior exceeded expectations. My brother and I had an amazing meal here last night. The kebabs were absolutely amazing. Service was brilliant. And we even joined in with the owners birthday celebrations. I’ve been here a couple of times, and while I really love the food, the service has been a bit hit or miss. On one visit, I ordered the garlic mushrooms as I’m vegetarian, but they accidentally gave me a dish with chicken. I didn’t realize until after I’d eaten some and mentioned it to the server. Thankfully, the lady was very lovely and apologetic—she’s also vegetarian and really understood where I was coming from. More recently, I attended my friend’s birthday party there. When ordering, the server misheard me and thought I wanted a feta dish. When the food arrived, I explained that it wasn’t what I had ordered, but the server didn’t seem to understand and made it feel like it was my fault😭 They insisted I eat it, which was frustrating and put me off my meal. My friend reassured me, and we kept the dish, but it did put a damper on the experience, especially since it was a special occasion. I didn’t want to complain because it was my friend’s birthday, but the lack of understanding left me a bit disappointed😞 Overall, the food is fantastic, with generous portions, and the decor is absolutely stunning. However, the service could definitely use some improvement.

My daughter and I visited around 5pm on a Tuesday, and it was relatively empty which was great as we could sit wherever we chose. Though my daughter is 15, I had to pay full price as she is over 1.5 m tall. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The staff were friendly and professional. I've visited Cosmo before at a different location and the offerings were similar. What I liked was the grill where it was made-to-order portions of squid, steak and scallops. There were plenty of dessert options, but this time there was no ice cream which was slightly disappointing as it would have went well with the tasty cake options. I would recommend visiting if you have a good appetite and open to trying different foods.

The restaurant was extremely busy last night and we had hoped it would match the fab experience we had at Cosmo Sheffield a few years ago, sadly it didn't. . The food was good, although could have been hotter. It was replenished regularly and most was tasty and enjoyable, although some of the meat was tough as boots. In our opinion, it was mainly spoilt by the other customers there. From a family complaining about the pricing and location of their table, to a kids party, to toddlers running around, screaming girls climbing and standing on their seats to get in and out. It was in no way relaxing and was so noisy that we couldn't hear each other speak. Our chairs were continually knocked as the groups raced back and forth to the food area. We felt that we were seated far too close to the louder groups and it was uncomfortable. We did expect it to be busy and a bit manic, as we go to Jimmy's regularly and it can be the same, but in my opinion, Jimmy's is far more organised, less manic and the staff seem to be less stressed there. Everyone was dashing around, plates were not cleared quickly and there didn't appear to be enough staff. In summary, the food was good, the place was cramped, noisy and very manic with many grumpy looking staff and customers. Sorry to say, we are not sure we will return in a hurry.

This cosmos was quite a suprise. The suprise is how small it was. You can see all the available seats. The bar is about the size of a single bedroom. The food area is a large living room area. The main cuisine was Indian and Chinese with both giving a good range of dishes as you would expect. The rest were a ragtag bunch. Sushi and veg was about 3 dishes each. The fried food corner was actually pretty good, I rate the food well there. There was a roast dinner corner, pizza corner and about 3 other single dish per cuisines. They did have the fresh food counter where the chef cooks to order shrimps, oysters, beef etc. that was it. The dessert section was decent, choco fountain, hot and cold desserts. Other than it being small, the service was fast and good. Though if you sit anywhere near the entrance, there is a cold draft every time the entrance door opens. The food is what you'd expect, there are some well cooked food and others bland and cold.

An extremely busy and popular all you can eat restaurant in Romford Brewery. Ample parking, good public transport connections including late night. It's best to book to get into this restaurant at busy times the maximum stay is 1 hour 30 minutes. There is a high turn over of customers as staff are very friendly but efficient at cleaning and clearing tables. A very wide selection of food which will cater for most dietary requirements. Tofu and salad plentiful. Small seafood items cooked on request (prawns, scallops etc) Plenty of rice and pasta choices, plus Roast dinner options if that is what you fancy. But a good fusion of Asian cuisine.

This restaurant has a variety of fusion filled delicious dishes like Mediterranean grills, European, Asian and specialty cuisines. They have outdoor pods for a more private and luxurious dining. The staff are extremely polite and hospitable making money well spent.

My family threw me a surprise grad meal in the pods here and it was an incredible experience. 10/10, the food, the customer service especially from Aslam and the waiters/waitresses and the atmosphere! I would definitely recommend and there is parking which is a huge bonus ◡̈

Decided to take a turn for turkish cuisine today. Best turkish cuisine I ever had so far. Ordered the chef specials for two’s and four’s, massive portions even though there were 6 adults (total). If you can’t finish your meal you can get a takeaway, so you can have that for lunch the next day. Overall, service was top notch and atmosphere is fantastic though some customers were hurrendously loud opposite us, but overall it was granduer experience. Tops to our waiter for taking down our drinks as soon as we arrived 🙌

This restaurant is amazing with brilliant food and atmosphere. The service is remarkable and outstanding. The best Turkish I have been to just based on their service. Tolga was very friendly, helpful and ensured we had a good time. He was very lovely and I will definitely be returning

Nice food, good portion size, nice decor and friendly service. I had the falafel which was made at the restaurant rather than bought in as is the case in many places and beautifully presented. Was given gorgeous baklava after the meal which was a lovely treat. Will go again.

My first visit at the Gidea Park branch-very positively surprised. Food was good but the service made the evening. Craig at the Bar looked after us so well, followed up on our experience, offered additional drinks when needed. Great customer service, would come back because of the service! Thanks

Was served by our lovely server Bree the elf today had the festive menu and the festive dessert and drinks which were absolutely lovely and had the steak and the turkey festive dinners both were amazing. That good that I had to go a compliment the chief myself as service and food was brilliant. Definitely coming back again!

Me and my partner came for his birthday and we was served by Nathan, he was absolutely lovely and even looking at the fact that he had so many other tables to serve he still didn’t seem bothered about the amount of times we called him. At the end I met the lovely Hayley and she complimented my bag. The workers here are genuine people and are 100% the reason me and my partner will be returning.

I have been to Array for my birthday meal and I must say the service was beyond amazing! They really made us feel welcome, allowed us to choose our own seats, and even surprised me in the end with a birthday cake complimentary!! Although the only thing I didn’t like was that the mains for the food were not as good as I thought it’d be but it probably was because we didn’t know what to choose as there was many options on the menu. Despite this, everything else was a 10/10. Aesthetics were gorgeous and the vibes were just perfect 😍 Thank you for making my birthday so special and memorable! ❤️

I recently visited this brasserie and grill with a friend, and overall, it was a lovely experience! The place is absolutely stunning—so cute, clean, and beautifully decorated. The food was amazing, with every dish perfectly cooked and full of flavor. There was a slight hiccup with the drinks, though. I asked if I could order a certain cocktail that was listed as a sharing option, and while they initially said yes, they later clarified that I could only have a single cocktail but at the price of four, which was a bit disappointing.In the end, I decided to order a different cocktail. However, they still charged us for the sharer one, which we didn’t even have! Luckily my friend checked the receipt and noticed it and they gave us a refund! The staff were very friendly and polite, but it felt a little disorganized as different team members kept checking on us every few minutes, which became a bit much. Despite that, the atmosphere was fantastic—great vibes, very clean, and just a really pretty place to dine. I’d definitely visit again!

Delicious food! All food had amazing flavour - the starters especially were lovely. Caesar salad was decent too! Drinks were nice & dessert tasted nice and was cute too given we weren’t expecting congratulations to be written on it! I had indicated on the reservation it was a congratulations event. Interior decor is very beautiful and has a lovely ambiance.

Having tried kebabs at various restaurants across London, I can confidently say this place sets the standard. Alongside the kebabs, we enjoyed a selection of mezes and salads, including a classic salad, onion salad, a variety of dips, hummus (a true masterpiece), cacık. The flavors were authentic and perfectly balanced. To top it off, we were served Turkish tea, which was the perfect complimentary touch to this delightful meal. Atmosphere: The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It struck the perfect balance -not too loud-, making it easy to have a proper conversation without straining to hear each other. Well we walked in there randomly as we were both starving after the morning spinning class. The breakfast we ordered exceeded our expectations in terms of price , value for money and the portion size !!! It was all very tasty , the temperature was perfect and the coffee was delicious. The presentation was 10 out of 10 and the fruit was a lovely touch. Would love to see the slightly smaller sizes available as I felt bad that I couldn’t finish mine . We will definitely be back there soon !!!

The Sunday roast here, hands down one of the best I've had in a long time. Service and staff here were extremely friendly. Live music in the background was a nice touch. Strongly recommend. Roast potatoes are amazing by the way.

A fantastic restaurant to eat in London with delicious Asia food. The service is spectacular Me and my husband enjoyed our dinner here. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
