I recently visited Franzos Ilford and enjoyed their deliciously tender grilled chicken. The seating layout was comfortable, and the meal prices were reasonable. However, the service could use improvement—no greeting on arrival, and the staff, especially at the till, could be more attentive and friendly. With better customer service, this place could really shine.
Food was fantastic, smash burger was a little dry though. Milk cake was 2 for £5, bargain and very tasty for the price!
This first time here and food was so yummy. Their service was outstanding specially the girl Ayesha looked after us very well. Highly recommended
Tried half grilled chiken and honey tenders were amazing very nice place to sit in as well tried milk cake but could have been better
