There was a friendly atmosphere. The food was worth the money, just watch the size-price change between small, medium and large. Has a McDonald's vibe. Best thing was that no music being played in the shop at all, I felt so relaxed. Only issue is having to use a code to enter the toilet only accessible to customers. Also only one toilet. Otherwise will definitely come back.

I tried the Suprime Spicy signature Bims burger, which were flavorful and cooked to perfection. A standout part of my visit was the service provided by Mahbuba Bagum. She went above and beyond to ensure my experience was enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, Mahbuba’s warm smile and attention to detail made a lasting impression. She was attentive without being intrusive, swiftly taking our orders and ensuring everything arrived on time. Mahbuba even took the time to recommend a few items based on our preferences, which turned out to be spot-on choices! Throughout the meal, Mahbuba checked in to make sure everything was perfect, making us feel like valued guests. Her professionalism, friendly demeanor, and commitment to great service truly made the experience memorable. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, and it left a lasting positive impression. Overall, BIMs East Ham offers not only excellent food but also a high standard of customer service, largely thanks to Mahbuba’s outstanding efforts. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy quality food with exceptional service.

Fab food and lovely friendly staff too. We had the Big Hack burger meals along with the strawberry milkshake which were all really tasty. Very clean place and the atmosphere was great as well, keep it up Bim's!
