Such a lovely restaurant! Absolutely gorgeous interior (fairy lights, plants, gorgeous wooden seating and cushions) and such a kind woman running the restaurant. The food was so warming (and all vegan!) and I would particularly recommend the cocoa drink with ginger :)
Beautiful little place with great healthy vegan food. Highly recommend to get the combos to get a taste of everything if you're in a group. The injera is so good!
I came here one day randomly almost five years ago. And year after year I just find myself always coming back. It is a vegan Eritrean restaurant ran by a lovely lady from who cooks the food and serves herself. Price is affordable and the service is immaculate. 100% recommend. 201 Holloway Rd, London N7 8DJ
Very cosy place, felt like I was having homemade food at someone's house! The waitress was so lovely and taught us about the food and the culture. Particularly loved the chickpea thing. The food wasn't heavy at all and I left feeling full but comfortable! Absolutely recommend Eritrean tea and the chocolate mousse! I would come back.
The food was very good (tasty and healthy) and the service was very friendly. Overall, it was a good meal, and I recommend it. I went with my 5 year old daughter and she very much enjoyed the meal as well. We had a variety of dishes (chickpeas, brown lentils and spinach, red lentils), deserts (mango sorbet, dates), breads (pita, sourdough), and drinks (hot chocolate, mint tea, orange juice and sparkling water).
