“Warm atmosphere Great service Only if they had real ice cream instead of the socialist vegan ice cream… Love the place, will certainly come back, but the ice cream… Oh the mulled wine is fantastic. 🚽 🚨clean facilities. Appreciate the change table is put in the disable bathroom, just so dad can be helpful as well.”

“The wonderful & kind staff stole the show! Went there on a surprisingly quiet Friday evening and I will surely be going back. The food was really delicious with the burrata being the stand out dish for me! We also got the gambas and octopus dish, both of which were really yummy too. But I do have to say a special thank you the the brilliant staff who truly made our night with their hospitality!”

“Tucked away in the heart of Hampstead, North London, this place is an absolute hidden gem that you won’t want to miss! With incredible food, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between cozy and vibrant, it’s a must-visit for anyone exploring the area. Located just a short stroll up Flask Walk towards the stunning Hampstead Heath, it’s easy to find, but hard to leave once you’re there. I highly recommend making a booking, especially on weekends when it gets super busy, though if you’re feeling lucky, you can always try your chances. And did I mention it’s dog-friendly? Yes, bring your furry friend along to enjoy this unique spot with you! Whether you’re a local or a tourist, this place will definitely be one of the highlights of your visit!”

“Where to start. We cannot praise this restaurant and their staff enough. We dined with our 9 month old baby and also our dog. The staff pulled out all the stops for us and they couldn’t do enough. We felt special the moment we walked in, right through to leaving. The food was incredible and came through piping hot. The sommelier talked us through the wine list and recommended an incredible red to compliment our food. We would like to thank all the staff as they went above and beyond. We told the staff it was our dog’s 4 year birthday; to which they brought out a lit candle and some dog treats. Our dog was over the moon! A completely unexpected surprise and gesture. Gaucho has certainly got the right idea being dog-friendly; as we will be telling all of our friends about this and feel we’re able to return without worrying about child and dog care. On top of this, your wonderful sommelier could see that our daughter was getting a little restless as our food arrived, to which she then occupied her so that we could eat our meal. Our baby then went straight down to sleep in her pushchair after cuddles and a tour of the restaurant. You gave two new parents more than just a rare night out as a couple; you made it completely stress-free and gold-tier standard. We’re looking forward to returning again soon.”

“Went for my daughters birthday after school with a few of her friends, lovely decor and the food was great for the kids.i t was extremely clean. Very welcoming and accommodating for a group of screaming 8 year olds. Definitely not what they were used to but still made a fuss of my little princess and even put a candle in her ice cream. Highly recommend. Lovely staff.”

“Me and my sister in law had such a pleasant time at the pub. The food was amazing . We started with drinks in the garden and later moved inside at the table reserved for us. The service was excellent and Dorothy was extremely helpful with the food suggestions. Delicious food, reasonably priced and beautifully served.”

“We came here for Christmas dinner so ordered off the festive menu(3 courses). Our server Susie was so lovely, often checking up on us and giving us menu recommendations. Service speed started fairly quickly, but then wait times got progressively longer towards the end of the night. The four of us all got the turkey roast for our main, we found it a bit strange that a lot of the food items were in separate little bowls, our veg was put in a sharing plate between two. At least for our group, we just would’ve preferred to have everything plated together. We also realised we were missing the stuffing and pigs in blankets, but they were quick to rectify that (although a couple of them were edging on burnt) and our roast potatoes were missing that crispy finish to them… Atmosphere was nice and cosy though, very festive!”
