Beautiful dinner on Valentine's day. The staff was ultra friendly! The ambiance was very dim and romantic. The food was really flavorful. Pasta was seasoned right and the pizza was actually really tasteful. Oh yeah we also had zucchini sticks which were sooo good. Will definitely come back here again.

The House restaurant has a beautiful ambience, Adel was very kind and helpful, the food was delicious, music was nice. They have a nice wine selection as well. I definitely suggest.

Such cosy, lovely place with great tasting Italian food and absolutely amazing stuff. The waitress is incredibly attentive and anticipating our every need but in non-intrusive way. We were impressed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We definitely will be visiting again soon.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The House one late night in Finchley, and it exceeded all expectations. The Chicken Caesar Salad was a standout, with tender, perfectly grilled chicken and fresh, fresh lettuce, topped off with just the right amount of creamy dressing and parmesan. A deliciously satisfying dish! We also tried the Penne Pomodoro, which was a simple yet flavorful classic. The pasta was cooked to perfection with a rich, tangy tomato sauce that tasted fresh and authentic. It was a comforting dish that was hard to resist. The atmosphere at The House added to the experience, with a relaxed vibe with the music creating a welcoming environment. The staff were equally lovely—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about providing great service. Overall, I highly recommend The House Finchley for a casual yet delicious dining experience.

Incredible celebratory dinner with the family - the food was amazing (very fresh and tasty), perfect for sharing and the service was highly attentive and very friendly. Definitely an instant local favourite! Thank you to the whole team at Odos for the wonderful treat! They make each and every guest feel special.

We had a brilliant experience last night at Odos. Food is fantastic and the chef / owner Gerry served us the most amazing Brill fish and T bone steak. We also spoke to Louis the other owner who wanted to make sure everyone was enjoying the night. Our main waitress Maria went above expectations to make everything was perfect throughout the evening. All the staff are great. Food stunning can’t wait to go back

One of my Greek friends had recommended Odos, so we ended up booking a dinner for 6 of us. We ordered a bunch of starters to share, but this is everything I ended up trying. The cauliflower was cooked and seasoned to perfection, the cabbage had great flavours (Asian flavours, not Greek), the sweet potato was charred perfectly, the prawns were perfect with a very generous portion and the pork tomahawk was full of flavour. Everyone loved their food - we will be back!

I have been searching for a cafe exactly like this- homey feeling, local, small, cozy, reasonably priced and above all tasty. The food here exceeded my expectations. They have an amazing selection on the menu. The staff are amazing and helpful and the atmosphere is sooooo relaxing and nice. Will be coming back.

I had the opportunity to eat at this coffee for lunch during the weekend. It wasn't super busy, and we didn't have to wait. The menu offered several options between standard and vegetarian, all of the very delicious and interesting. They also make fresh orange, carrots or apple juice, which is nice. The service was extremely fast, and in terms of overall cost, on average. I definitely recommend it 👌

We were really surprised by the portion. Most importantly, the food was amazing. The pancake was soft and topped with syrups, pistachio and very fresh berries. We customised our own breakfast and it was very tasty. My Oreo milkshake was the best treat that wasn't too sweet with loads of cream. What a great brunch! :) The shop was nicely decorated and neat though there isn't a lot of space therefore a bit squashed.

This cafe hidden away in North Finchley has delicious food..served ALL day....a huge menu..been a few times and each and every time the food was absolutely delicious 😋 The place has amazing decor and it's very clean. It’s definitely a place I would visit again. I tried the “mirza ghasemi,” “tahdig with stew,” “kobideh kebab,” and “joje kebab.” Among these, the “mirza ghasemi” and “tahdig with stew” stood out as the best. The kebabs, however, could have been better. The service was commendable. Comparing their menu with other Persian restaurants, you’ll find that their prices are very reasonable.

Feels like you are in Iran. Not only because of the beautiful interior but also the quality and taste of the dishes. For sure one of the better Iranian restaurants in Europe. The portions are also very big for the price that you pay.

Our Iranian friends introduced us to this amazing restaurant. Food was so delicious. Never tasted anything like it before. Genuine Iranian kebab. Mmmm. Cannot recommend more. Staff super friendly and accommodating too. A 5 star experience.

Today we went to Mother restaurant and I couldn't believe the food was so delicious. The staff were so friendly and polite. The atmosphere was relaxing. We did enjoy our meal. The quality of the food and the price was great. I will go there again and recommend everyone go there and enjoy the meal. I give it 5 stars.

Oh my!!!! This food is so delicious!!!! We had a large group, 30 of us. The service was beyond amazing, waitress' were fantastic with the children, their meals were demolished. Adults food was so lovely, I would love to give more stars. If your thinking about this restaurant, do go, or you will be missing out. The decor is beautiful, atmosphere relaxed. The chef came to chat with us, staff are so friendly and engaging. I have seriously not been to a restaurant that is so welcoming. Such a delightful experience.

Delicious! First time ordering and eating at Volare. Quick, tasty pizza that we picked up and ate at home.. The tomato sauce is full bodied and toppings are plenty. Gorgeous tiramisu to finish. Would recommend!

I have lived in this area for 4 years and with housemates have meant to go in there before, but we have only ordered pizza take away. We went in today and had dinner. Such a lovely vibe in the place and the staff are very nice. Whenever I have passed by, I have always seeb how busy they get...but now I get it. We had pizzas and pasta. All the food was great 🤗 and very generous portions on the pasta. We could not leave without having tiramisu for dessert. For a drink we had sangria. Recommend all the food we tried. Hoping to be back sooner.

I had the pleasure of being I the restaurant during the early evening preparation and was astounded at the meticulous care taken washing and preparing the raw ingredients, unlike most restaurants! In all the years, I haven’t known anyone who is less that absolutely amazed and delighted with the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere at this gorgeous local marvel. El Vaquero is located on the High Street with ample parking. Step free access, entering from the street level. Transport links are excellent, with local buses situated just outside. The restaurant is a good size. The decor is nice. The food is definitely for meat eaters. This is a buffet style service. You grab your salad & vegetables sit at the table, and the meat comes on skewers with garlic bread and chips. The meat choices are beef, lamb & chicken. All the meats are seasoned well with a variety of marinades. You can choose how you want your beef & lamb cooked. Excellent value for money as you can eat as much as you want. This place is family-friendly. The pricing is very reasonable considering the amount of food & quality. Overall, it was an excellent night out.

The food was amazing Lots of food, quality meat, and a lot of variety of selection. The top was the dessert marshmallow and pineapple. The service though unfortunately was a set back. We ordered drinks and they forgot about us and then I ordered glasses with ice again they forgot and then I asked for a bit more fillet beef again they forgot. They fixed everything at the end though with free coffees and extra desserts.

Great Rodizio restaurant. We frequent the branch in Mill Hill but as it was overbooked, we managed to get to this branch. Same fantastic selection of meats and salads and great service. You are bombarded with choice and definitely need to pace yourself or you will bust your gut. Be warned. Carnivorous glorious!

This has always been on of my favourite pubs in North Finchley. Sadly was closed for about 7 years but I'm pleased to see that it's now reopened with a fresh new look. They have nice looking food selection now, but for me and my pals most important is great staff providing friendly genial service. New bosses are a really nice couple and entertained us difficult customers while we sampled all the new selection of spirits. Will be hassling them again soon 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🍺🍺🍺🍷🍷🍷 Have subsequently hassled them again a number of times, they have now opened a new look beer garden and outside bar which is a fantastic sun trap. Also there are regular Open Mic nights which are a lot of fun. Love this pub 😍😍😍 Was another great open mic yesterday 😍

Had a Sunday roast there recently. The service was excellent and the food was really tasty. It was very good value in that it included a desert. It was only let down by the lack of vegetables. On my plate there was only 2 thin slices of carrot and one piece of broccoli. This was the same experience all round the table .

They have a pretty delicious Sunday roast. The chicken was so tasty and the cauliflower as well. Hey, dessert is included!!! Pistachio ice cream is quite nice!! Also the service was fantastic!! We really enjoy it.

We booked a table at Miller and Carter in Muswell Hill. It was our first time at this particular venue, as we've usually been to the Miller & Carter's in West London. Firstly, the decor is beautiful. It is based inside of an old church and the detail is exquisite. The dimmed lighting sets such a romantic atmosphere. Miglena was our waitress and she was super friendly and helpful. The food was really tasty and the drinks went down well. An overall fantastic dinner experience, we would highly recommend

Had dinner at Miller & Carter tonight and we had such a great time. The place looks amazing and the interior design it’s magnificent. Food was really good as well. The cherry on top was our waiter Antonio, who was very polite, cheerful and explained our menu to us since it was our first time here. He also recommended us a few nice starters. Definitely coming back and totally recommending it!!

He ensured we had everything we needed, including extra plates and napkins for my daughter, which was greatly appreciated. The atmosphere was superb—lightly dimmed lighting created a cozy ambiance, and the noise level was just right, making it perfect for a relaxed dining experience. The food was mostly delicious. I especially loved the starter and the ribs—they were cooked to perfection! The bacon and honey salad, however, wasn’t to my liking, but that’s more about personal preference. Overall, I was impressed by the great service and welcoming staff. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been living in East Finchley for a number of years ... Casa Pepe is one of my favourite places to sit down and have a coffee or a meal ... Staff like Emma and Christina always serving with a ready smile and the rest of the staff hard working and friendly ... Things get done quickly for such a busy little place and I've never had a complaint about the the quality of the food nor the service ... I tend to recommend it to my friends as the ''meet and munch'' spot in East Finchley ...

I'm glad we were stopped by the owners as we walked by looking for something to eat. The food was delicious 😋. My daughter was famished after playing football and wanted to have something before we drove home to MK. Wish they delivered to Milton Keynes where we live, so we could have more!

Came here around 2pm for some food. Service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had chicken wings to start (which were delicious). We then had curry goat and jerk chicken. All the food was outstanding and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!!
