I recently visited La Fabrica, and I was blown away by their pizza! The balance of flavors was spot on, making it one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The service was also fantastic. We were excited to try out La Fabrica.A cozy atmosphere .We ordered pizzas and calamari, and both were fantastic. The pizzas had a perfect balance of flavors, with fresh ingredients and a delightful crust. The calamari was crispy and well-seasoned, making it a great appetizer. The service was attentive and friendly, with the staff checking in on us to ensure everything was to our liking. We appreciated. Have had 3 visits and enjoyed them all. Edna is very welcoming and has a friendly, informative and attentive manner. She explained clearly to us exactly what was in the dishes we enquired about. The food was great. Big portions and lovely variety of tastes. We were offered a free dessert but we were stuffed so were treated to free shots of limonchello. Will def be regulars here!
