Hidden gem by nature, this unique Uzbek restaurant is located inside the Queensway market. Between Bayswater and Queensway station. The food is traditional and home made by a family and it’s served by the same owners. We went on a Thursday evening and it was packed. So I highly recommend to book in advance as they can only accompany few tables at a time. The Uzbek dumplings were delicious. The carrots salad was fresh and tasty and the Samoas very filling and made on demand! I will definitely go back. The atmosphere is fantastic. It really feels like being in another country. Oh and the mint tea was perfect to accompany the meal.
Don't let the location fool you! This restaurant, tucked away in a strip mall, serves incredibly authentic Uzbek cuisine. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is warm and welcoming. Come here for a unique and flavorful dining experience.
It's not on the main street but in the market. Don't be discouraged, as it's definitely worth a try! The owner is lovely and the food delicious and homemade 🙂
The food was absolutely superb! The dumplings were some of the most delicious I've ever had—just like my mom's. So genuine and completely homemade. The staff, especially a guy named Hikmat, was incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling. Uzbek music played in the background, adding to the authentic atmosphere. The place is rather small and humble but very cute. Highly recommended. I’m definitely coming back.
