I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues. They were polite and professional, the service was reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Just moved in to a new house. The boiler packed up and the kitchen sink was slow draining. Alvin replied promptly, was able to fix the boiler and also cleared the blocked drains. Quick service, very efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will be calling him again when needed.

I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent (and fairly priced) service.

I've received great service compared to all the negative ones here. Customer services was really helpful. The engineer that attended today was lovely. So polite, efficient and clearly knowledgeable in the field. No awkwardness, as even managed to chat! Oh and one of the first contractors sent by my landlord that was tidy! Like no mess made whatsoever. PS: The reason for the visit was a soil stack issue. Smell has left the property minutes after he changed it.

Chris from Go Fix came and resolved a nightmare issue in my newly installed wetroom. Previous workmen had made a complete mess, but Chris diagnosed the problem had to patiently wait for parts before returning to complete the job. Not only is he polite and professional, but he also replaced the tiling and did an amazing job. I can't thank this man enough – he's an absolute asset to your team. Please look after him!
