Just moved in to a new house. The boiler packed up and the kitchen sink was slow draining. Alvin replied promptly, was able to fix the boiler and also cleared the blocked drains. Quick service, very efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will be calling him again when needed.

I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues. They were polite and professional, the service was reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent (and fairly priced) service.

I found damage from a leak in my bathroom and reached out to The Plumber, I was able to get a visit booked the same day which was surprising as that’s not normally the case with plumbers. I had contact with Jack, Elliot & Ben, all of which were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The leak was in a difficult place due to me living in a new build with access issues, Ben & Elliot worked really hard to find the leak and fix it. They were both really helpful, transparent, polite and reassuring. Would definitely recommend their team!

Superb service from the start with great communication, prompt response and booking system. I just want to give a massive shout-out to Alfie and the team at Drainage That Works for saving the day at our workshop recently. After a big downpour, we found ourselves with a serious problem, our main entrance to the estate was completely flooded. For a business like ours, that’s a big issue. Being mechanics, we thought, “How hard can it be?” So, we grabbed our tools and gave it a go. Safe to say, we didn’t get very far! That’s when we decided it was time to call in the professionals, and I’m so glad we did. Alfie’s team were brilliant from start to finish. They turned up within 24 hours, right when they said they would, no messing about. From the moment they arrived, you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They got stuck straight into the job, working with precision and care. Before we knew it, the drain was unblocked, the water was gone, and the entrance was back to normal, all within the space of an hour. They didn’t just stop at getting the job done. They also provided before-and-after photos to show exactly what had been sorted. It’s that kind of attention to detail that really stood out to me. And the icing on the cake? The cost was VERY reasonable. For the quality of service they provided, it was worth every penny. If you’re ever in need of drainage experts, I can’t recommend Alfie and his team highly enough. Highly recommend the team at Priority Plumbing. Everyone at Priority plumbing has amazing knowledge. I have had a bathroom installed, new boiler, boiler services and call outs with them and every time I come out of the conversation learning something new about plumping or heating. We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. Called Oz as my central heating was not working. He made availability for the same day to help me. After I DIY diagnosed the issue as a diverter valve failure, Oz inspected the boiler and found the real issue to be a faulty thermostat. If there ever was a "leave it to the professionals" moment, it was this. I had a new Google NEST that I kept meaning to get installed so this was a sign. Oz made quick work of the installation and my central heating was back! As far as first experiences go, this was great. Cant fault Oz and I found my new go to for anything boiler related!

Had a water leak in what is an old metal pipe underneath the bathroom floor. Bal responded quickly to the call (late on Saturday evening) and helped control the leak straightaway. He returned back the next day (as agreed dot on the clock) with the right parts to fix the leak. It was tricky pipework with all sorts of access issues, but Bal found the way to fix it. Very professional, punctual and more importantly excellent quality work.

Did a great job. Had a gas leak and came out same day to propose a creative solution that meant the job needed doing only once and properly, when the gas company was suggesting a stop gap solution that would mean doing it twice at greater expense.
