Called Oz as my central heating was not working. He made availability for the same day to help me. After I DIY diagnosed the issue as a diverter valve failure, Oz inspected the boiler and found the real issue to be a faulty thermostat. If there ever was a "leave it to the professionals" moment, it was this. I had a new Google NEST that I kept meaning to get installed so this was a sign. Oz made quick work of the installation and my central heating was back! As far as first experiences go, this was great. Cant fault Oz and I found my new go to for anything boiler related!

I first met Dean 10 years ago when he installed a new boiler in my old home. He went on to replace all the radiators, and carried out annual boiler servicing too. He contnued with the annual service when I moved to a new home 3 years ago. Just last week, he replaced radiators in my current home too. I trust him because of his professional and excellent approach to work. The end result is next to none. If you are looking for a gas Engineer, he is the person. Our soil stack pipe needed replacing and we found Dean after doing some research online and looking at his excellent reviews. From start to finish Dean was friendly, reliable and professional. He was informative about what needed to be done as our old pipe was asbestos and had to be professionally removed. We are really impressed with the high standard of Dean’s work and how tidy he was. We’ve also had follow up calls from him to check everything is as it should be. Would highly recommend Dean and definitely use him again in the future.

I contacted Josh when I believed I had discovered a leak early in the morning. He was prompt to respond and kept me up to date on timing he was expected around. When he arrived, he quickly found the issue, gave me a fair price to solve and managed to solve the issue. Super efficient and courteous. Josh did a great job for us at replacing a seized mains valve into our property on an emergency call out. He got a lot of detail over the phone before coming out and was with us in a couple of hours. I found damage from a leak in my bathroom and reached out to The Plumber, I was able to get a visit booked the same day which was surprising as that’s not normally the case with plumbers. I had contact with Jack, Elliot & Ben, all of which were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The leak was in a difficult place due to me living in a new build with access issues, Ben & Elliot worked really hard to find the leak and fix it. They were both really helpful, transparent, polite and reassuring. Would definitely recommend their team!

Andy came to fix my boiler within 24 hours. He even doesn’t mind work on Sat. He is quite professional and experienced to check my boiler and accurately identified the problem. He replaced a new fan and my boiler resumed its functioning. He also conducted a regular check on my boiler. He is generous to give me advice on how to maintain my boiler and gas system. He didn’t mind answering my questions and explaining in details. He is tidy and would not make my place messy. He finished the installation and checking within 2 hours. Good job!

Did a great job. Had a gas leak and came out same day to propose a creative solution that meant the job needed doing only once and properly, when the gas company was suggesting a stop gap solution that would mean doing it twice at greater expense. Had a water leak in what is an old metal pipe underneath the bathroom floor. Bal responded quickly to the call (late on Saturday evening) and helped control the leak straightaway. He returned back the next day (as agreed dot on the clock) with the right parts to fix the leak. It was tricky pipework with all sorts of access issues, but Bal found the way to fix it. Very professional, punctual and more importantly excellent quality work.

Chris from Go Fix came and resolved a nightmare issue in my newly installed wetroom. Previous workmen had made a complete mess, but Chris diagnosed the problem had to patiently wait for parts before returning to complete the job. Not only is he polite and professional, but he also replaced the tiling and did an amazing job. I can't thank this man enough – he's an absolute asset to your team. Please look after him!

I've received great service compared to all the negative ones here. Customer services was really helpful. The engineer that attended today was lovely. So polite, efficient and clearly knowledgeable in the field. No awkwardness, as even managed to chat! Oh and one of the first contractors sent by my landlord that was tidy! Like no mess made whatsoever. PS: The reason for the visit was a soil stack issue. Smell has left the property minutes after he changed it.
