I couldn’t be happier with the locksmith service I received! I found myself locked out of my house and called them in a bit of a panic, but they arrived incredibly fast—much quicker than I expected. The locksmith was professional, efficient, and had me back inside in no time. What really impressed me was the price. It was far better than I anticipated, especially for such prompt and high-quality service. I genuinely feel so much more at ease knowing I have their number saved. I no longer worry about getting locked out again because I know they’ve got me covered. Highly recommended!

I own my own Locksmith & Security business and pass work / referrals to Cameron, Paul, Jay & Paul when I am over booked or unable to attend certain jobs. They have always been willing to help & obliging & have even assisted me short notice when I had a piece of equipment die on me half way through an emergency call out. They are trust worthy as I simply wouldn’t ask them otherwise.

Recieved excellent and efficient service from Fidelis today. Called and popped in this morning to repair my VW Golf key and the 2 friendly chaps got me back up and running again within 30 mins. I was charged less than I was originally quoted on the phone which is a bonus! Won’t hesitate to use Fidelis in the future. Many thanks for your help

Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Within 20 minutes, Cameron came to our house and fixed the problem in seconds! Such a nice chap, easy to talk to, and so eager to help despite the odd time. He also made sure to take the extra steps needed to confirm that you definitely are the homeowner before starting the job. You could immediately notice that he was confident and skilled in his craft, made it look so easy. Competitively priced, and fast. I would strongly recommend Fidelis Locksmiths anytime, and will use them from now on.

We recently needed our locks changed at our new house and reached out to Darren at Sherlock Locksmiths. Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Very happy and will be contacting Darren for any other issues in the future

Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

Kevin quoted for and replaced our old front door lock with a robust and upto date version, giving us the option of high security keys as well. I didn’t know of him before, but wanted someone local and trustworthy. He was open, patient and a pleasure to work with. Definitely one to Recommend.

Quick response to a garage lockout that needed a quick turnaround, friendly, clear on what it would take and estimated cost with actually cost being a few pounds different. Excellent service - John arrived as arranged and the duplicate car key was provided in about half an hour. Reasonable price as well. John was very polite and helpful in explaining about the immobiliser function light on the dash. Highly recommended if you need a second vehicle key.

Amazing Job! Tony was at the job site within half an hour on a Sunday morning! The key was not turning in the lock so I could not get into the property. I highly recommend EPRLocksmith. After an over 24hr frustration of locking ourselves outside the flat, we tried getting quotations from others whose prices were just too high, unreasonable and too much needs. I then reached out to EPRLocksmith who had once helped me when I had locked the car keys inside. He quickly picked his call and came to our rescue within 15min. All he asked for was for us to send him the pic of our lock, which i did. He was very friendly and polite. Our problem was sorted within 3 minutes and his charge was very very fair and manageable comparing to what we were getting before. I had a key bolt that wouldn’t unlock and key was stuck inside lock. I rang Lucian to arrange a time for him to come around and fix it, he was on time and drilled out the broken lock. Had a replacement in his van and fitted it, in no time! Great service! Would definitely use again 👍

The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered!
