I called Sardar this morning about replacing my front door lock and he came out the same afternoon. He was on time, a really nice guy and stuck to the quoted price which was great! Wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if we need anything else replaced.

Fantastic company would not hesitate to recommend. Quickly came out and changed the locks on my composite door. Really friendly staff at a reasonable price ! Staff were very knowledgable. I popped in to the shop and had some extra keys cut at a good price no issues.

Southern Lock & Safe were quick to our rescue when our UPVC back door wouldn't lock - posing us a massive security risk. Due to the replacement part not being readily available - they fixed a temporary lock and came back a few days later to finish the job off properly. Now the door is good as new and opens & closes with ease. Clive & the team were very polite & friendly and kept us up to speed throughout - even coming out on a weekend.

Was in a bit of a bind with my patio doors, called in the morning and left a message and had a call back within an hour and they had a top notch tech Regan at my house by late afternoon and worked into the evening to repair my patio doors. Will definitely recommend and already planing a visit back for a few other repairs.

I cannot recommend Regan enough! After using him for properties when I worked for a property company, I then used him for my next role and have just had him out to my personal property where he got the job promptly and everything is working like new! Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

Brilliant service provided by this company. Our front door handle completely broke leaving our property unsecured. Called this company due to the great reviews and John fitted us in at such short notice. Had the exact replacement handle on his van and completed the job really quickly and efficiently at the costs he had advised up front Would highly recommend !

We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. Brilliant! I lost my key and my alarm fob, my only set of both. Ozgood turned up on time cut the key straight away from just looking into the lock, took the (data tool system 3) alarm off which I am more than happy about, I asked him to do this as that alarm has been a pain ever since I had the bike. Nice friendly service he clearly loves bikes too which is good, much cheaper than the motorbike shops, all they wanted to do was change the lock set which was £350 just for parts and no labour. Also the only locksmith around who does motorbike locks I could find. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

Called Tony after loosing my keys. Dealer wanted a fortune. Tony picked me up as the bike was stuck in Brighton. Then Tony promptly got to work and provided 2 keys in no time at all. Very happy and would highly recommend his services.

Lost keys to a 36 year old BMW airhead motorcycle. Tony made a set of keys working from the ignition lock I sent him by hand. Fantastic service ! I called in the morning and a little later that day I had two perfect keys (I’d broken the only key I had !). I didn’t even have to drive anywhere as Justin came to my work address. A main VW dealer told me I’d have to wait 7-10 days for keys to arrive and then book in to have them programmed.
