I called Alpine Locks as i have used them before and found Darren to respond quickly, be very reasonably priced and very approachable and did a fantastic job. This time we had some work done and I wanted all the locks to doors and windows upgraded. We also had an urgent issue with one lock. Darren as normal responded very quickly, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after the work was completed. An added bonus is that his price was also very reasonable. Quoted first and no change of cost on completion. Really helpful and would highly recommend Darren and Alpine Locks.

I can highly recommend Darren, he came out so promptly to assist with a locked back Door that we could not open. A part was broken inside the lock, so he had to go out and buy the part, then immediately returned and fixed the lock without the need to have new keys cut! Darren was a real life saver! He is extremely professional, and his prices were very reasonable - a real pleasure to deal with. I shall definitely be using Darren again. I would give Darren 100 stars if I could!

Darren was great, he really helped us out getting back inside our front door. It wasn’t an emergency as we were going out but got us back in our house the same day. He changed the locks but identified quickly our previous lock was making us vulnerable as they were not completely safe. He was incredibly reasonable for what he charged and took his time to make sure our door did not stick any longer either. He went above and beyond and was a lovely chap to deal with. Would definable use him again!
