I asked Scott to replace a single door cylinder, a rim cylinder, and a mortice lock. He provided me with a quote and arrived promptly at the agreed appointment time. Not only did he carry out the work swiftly and with great attention to detail, but he was also a pleasure to have around and chat with! I wholeheartedly recommend RS Lock and Safe and will not hesitate to call them again in the future if the need arises. Scott is courteous and hard-working – look no further for a locksmith. I would, however, add one minor note, which in no way detracts from the overall positive experience: I suggest double-checking whether the quotes clearly state the inclusion or exclusion of VAT.

We had our front door lock jam this afternoon and Scott came within 2-3hours. £120 to replace the lock in about 3 minutes and provide 5 keys which I thought was exceptional service. He was very friendly too.
