Kirsty and Steve were absolutely amazing changing the locks in our new flat. They were quick, explained everything and tried their best to save us some costs. 5 stars are not enough to describe how fantastic they were!

We needed all of our internal door handles replaced plus new locks installed on several of these doors. Kirsty and Steve arrived on time for every appointment as the work was arranged to fit in with our schedule. Due to the age of the house sone of the doors were out of line but Steve and Kirsty took the time to ensure that the doors, locks and mechanisms fitted and worked smoothly exactly as they should. A couple of the doors proved particularly troublesome and this involved a fair bit of work but the end result was outstanding. The quality of their work is second to none and I would thoroughly recommend Kirsty and Steve at Fortress Locksmiths.

We run an accessible running club and the container that we keep all our running bikes in wouldn’t open this morning. Steve came out really quickly and fixed the lock so the kids could use the bikes and didn’t miss their session. Amazing service, quick and friendly. Would highly recommend.
